This location was great however, the location on Benson Highway where I originally made my reservation placed the incorrect tow dolly information on my original reservation order and I drove from Tucson Arizona to Oklahoma when I noticed my right front tire wasn't properly in the straps. I called and went to the nearest Uhaul who said they could help me but couldn't and sent me to the next nearest U-Haul, which was at Kings Inn in Elk City and was VERY helpful and got me in the proper tow dolly for the make and model of my vehicle. This was a HIGHLY potentially dangerous and expensive oversight that thankfully didnt result in injury, loss or damage to property or equipment. I sincerely thank the gentlemen at Kings Inn who helped my journey stay safe.
ELIZABETH OInspector your equipment before you rent it. I rented a vehicle transport trailer that had a bad tire. Luckily I saw it before I put my vehicle on it. I wouldn’t have got 10 miles down the road before that tire blew. Extremely dissatisfied.
