You need to find a way to reimburse customers for dropping off vehicles with more fuel than they got it with. Or ensure without fail that the vehicle to be rented has a full tank as it makes it easy to return it with a full tank. I picked up the vehicle I rented with 1/4 a tank of fuel and returned it with 3/8+ of a tank. It is impossible to expect a customer to know the gas mileage one if YOUR vehicles and calculate exactly how much fuel they will need in order to return the vehicle with the same amount it left with unless it is full. But the kicker is that not only does uhaul not offer to refund a customer a per litre/gallon rate on returning a vehicle with excess fuel, you wanted to try to charge me an extra amount for going over my allotted mileage! The vehicles should be sent out with a full tank, not 13 miles left in the tank. Or this just a scam because when you drive, you can't estimate how much fuel will be used and end up paying for more fuel than is needed. Customers will need to return them with a full tank. Make the customers aware that they will be charged for a full tank if they choose not to fill the tank up.Loretta P.

Nothing but trouble with the car dolly, could of lost the car on the dolly due to faulty straps & the locks , will never rent this junk ever again and I would not recommend anybody renting their dollyâ€˜s . We are two ladies ( my daughter and myself ) We rented a flat deck trailer to take a small suv to my grandson in Castlegar B C. The Employee was very miserable and rude. He had a lack of knowledge about the rental and drop off. He told us drop off in Castlegar. We just believed him. There was no u haul there. We had to go to Princess Auto before leaving for BC to purchase a plug in for the trailer lights and he told Us that everyone should know that. He sent us to Redcliff U Haul dealer to put the suv on the trailer He wouldn't help us. When we went to Redcliff u haul; we were welcomed and treated excellently. They let us know the trailer we had rented 15 minutes before from Extra Storage u haul in Briar Park needed air in the tires and that the rental trailer ball had not been hooked up to our vehicle properly. The trailer wasn't tightened onto the ball at all. Just sat on there. The Redcliff guys tightened the trailer on the ball for us, checked and topped up the tires on the rental trailer for us and also guided my daughter onto the trailer. They also put notes in our invoice as to who was going to be the driver pulling the rental. We will be renting from Redcliff u haul from now on and will warn others of the poor service in Briar Park. If the trailer had unhooked on our journey it could of been a tragedy for us or other travellers. Briar Park got the money and Redcliff did the work. Redcliff u haul were excellent and personable and would not charge us for their helpvern V.

When i got the uhaul it didnt have a full tank.it had a lil above quarter. I had to go get gas before my move,i returned it and i had put to much gas in it,which i ended giving a free quarter of tank. The truck should always have s full tank when someone rents it .Katrina G.

I mean yeah THIS locations in brier park is great! 100% 5 stars. But the uhaul team themselves were a pain in the ass to work with especially because I made a reservation for June 29th and they didn't hold up their end of the deal and couldn't fill my reservation and it took 3 and a half hours of transfer after transfer for someone to FINALLY help me. I'm glad I was redirected to Brier Park though because the guy there was friendly as always as he had helped me before and he is always thorough at his job. I would definitely recommend him as customer service rating go. Just be careful making any reservations elsewhere in the Medicine Hat / Redcliff areaMitchell G.

What a disaster. Originally has the van booked to pick up at 1901 Highway Ave in Redcliff. I had movers booked at 9:30am. Went to pick up van at 9am. But the van wasn't returned yet. Dude was still in bed. Had to wait around, while my movers had to wait around (paying then $110 per hour). finally had to go over to Brier Park where they had a 26 ft van. Unacceptable. I booked these units over a month ago. Was almost 2 hours late to meet the movers who were waiting for me. I had to pay them for the time they sat around. I-Haul should be paying for this.Jeff V.

The cup holders in the truck were very dirty. It should also be mandatory that the last user of the vehicle bring them back full of fuel. Trying to figure out how much fuel to put in to match what was in the vehicle when it is picked up is not a fair way of doing business.KEVIN R.
