The attendant was very helpful. I was charged for an appliance dolly at a different location however as one was not availible at this site and I had ordered it. I did not stop to pick it up as we ran out of time.

ross fthis location has a very small drop off area (2 spots). So when i dropped off there was no spot for me (already to trucks there). The owner happened to be there so we sorted that out (it was a little tense at the beginning but ended well). If dropping off early is an issue that should be explained. Another issue , not related to this site, is that one-way rentals are not guaranteed until 24hrs prior to pickup. Which I did not know! That really needs to be highlighted. I was suppose to be picking up a truck in the city we were moving from, but 24 hours piror to actual move i was notified there was nothing in the city. Therefore I had to pick up a truck 40 km away. It worked out for me, but could have been disastrous.
Tyler HSome repairs on the side that was already damaged by the tire guards. Also the app would not let me upload the photos I took cause we were in a hurry and my wifi was not working for the app please contact me with an email so I can send them I have a video of my pickup showing the damage when received
