Unfortunately the truck we picked up was not ready for use and had to go back in for maintenance. We had to go to a private business that handles U-Haul vehicles and storage. Thankfully we found out about the maintenance issues before we got on the road with the cargo area fully loaded. The second U-Haul dealer was able to get us a truck right away and it all went smoothly after that.

michael iAgent did not explain we would receive a text message with a link to report any damage/issues with the truck. We also did not get all of the equipment that we booked with dolly’s and had to make a return trip to a different location to assist with the move. He seemed more concerned with getting out the door on the Friday of a long weekend
