Twice I have not been able to get the location to come up when checking out and turning in the truck. I was also shorted my appliance dolly that I requested. Truck had mud in the cab. Could not check out bc the system sucks and you can't call bc the lines are busy for hours.Craig W.

I asked for an appliance dolly. I have a lot of stairs, so I wanted to make it as easy as possible. They were out. Did they give me advance notice? Nope. Was the subsequent small dolly helpful? Absolutely freaking not. I had no choice, but to move in the rain and it was absolutely terrible without an appliance dolly. Since I wasn't given advanced notice about the dolly, I couldn't get one from anywhere else. Thank you. In the future, for any customers if you are out of something, TELL them in advance. Moving is very stressful and you all made something that worse than it had to be.JILLIAN G.

Initially confirmed reservation at the Elizabethtown Magnet Dr. location - 1 mile from my home. Was also quoted $.79 per mile (for the Saturday reservation). Today I had to drive 15 extra miles to pickup the truck and informed the weekend rate was $.99 per mile. Customers absolutely DO NOT like surprises! Especially today when the truck rental was already an emotional experience moving my mother into a nearby assisted living facility. I have used UHaul several times for many years. First of all, you can have equipment that will not malfunction and cause injury. Second, the pick up/drop off location was well aware of the malfunction and offered no assistance. The guy was very rude about it. It was very unacceptable that I was stranded for TWO HOURS with the back door open, unable to close it, on hold with roadside assistance for an hour only to get hung up on once someone did come on the line. I will never use Uhaul again for any future moves and I am letting others know of my experience and how I was treated and then ripped off afterwards. I was never contacted by Uhaul about the charges on my receipt after I was informed it would be 24-48 hours.... and that was TWO WEEKS AGO. Then suddenly I get this email with the receipt. I am very upset about it everything and will definitely not be using Uhaul ever again.Emily C.

We had two trailer tires that were almost bald. Had to call U-Haul while on our trip to meet them and get tires changed. They were causing shaking of the vehicle. We met service guy in Birmingham and the service was great. Tires were even worse than thoughtJIMMY B.
Please update the operating hours on the website. The website stated the store was open, the door was unlocked but when we went inside, we were informed they were closed. We used the online app to return the UHaul and it's been two full days without a receipt.Christopher S.

First let me say do not ever rent a uhaul from them. They do not check to make sure the lights are working properly. The trailer we got the wires were crossed. If our vehicles lights were on the trailer lights didnt work. This particular place told us that is was our truck that caused this but we have not had this problem before. The lady that works there is very unprofessional and incredibly rude. They will try to charge you extra days even when they have been in position of the unit. If you need a uhaul rental please for the love of God stay as far away from this facility as possible, only use this facility if it is a life or death matter.Tracie L.
