The key wasn’t available I never got to use the truck

I selected a closer location to my house.. Uhaul changed my location 15min before pickup. Sucks when u pay per mile and are direcyede to a different location further away.

I ordered for the mattress carpets to be in the truck but they weren’t there and I still got charged for it. Also the truck barely had gas when I received it. Upon return I was still charged for that gas.
