While I appreciated the convenience of self-serve pick up, it was more involved then I anticipated and the gas station employee was not able to help, though he did give me a number of someone (Rico) to call who was helpful. I did not do the pre-pickup work because the link I was sent did not work for me. Might be nice if the gas station had a simple sheet explaining how the system works (i.e., get the U-Haul app on your i-phone) for people like me who arrive fairly clueless. Now that I am more set up for it, I would use the system again.

Kevin WI dropped off the u haul yesterday with like ten minutes to spare. The gentleman did not write down what time I came in, just took my name, pic of my drivers license and my phone number. He didn’t enter my info in right then and then I get a receipt saying I dropped the u haul off late and got charged an extra day. Not okay. Have not received a refund yet. Would not recommend this drop off.

Larry WWe asked to pick up our uhaul at 9am at a location within 5 miles of our home. We received a call the day before stating we had to drive 45 minutes at 8:30pm to pick it up. We tried calling the location around 30 times to see if we could be called if it was available earlier. Come to find out there is no phone whatsoever at this location. We arrive and asked when it was there and was told it had been sitting there all day. Poor communication and poor customer service all around. Will never be using Uhaul again and will tell anyone who is thinking of utilizing them to go somewhere else. Not our fault there weren’t trucks available. Why should a customer have to wait 13 hours for a truck they’re paying $2500 for?
Jamie SBill was out of this world. Requested a detailed bill and got nothing. Will never use or recommend Uhaul to anyone... in fact, I would recommend them not to use Uhaul!
Christian GThis location was convenient, the employee was helpful, however, we did get a call saying our uhaul was due to be returned and we had returned it two days before, so I'm not sure where it spent two days and why it wasn't properly checked in, but based on receiving a receipt and this survey apparently all is well.
Tasha HUhaul cancelled our cargo truck rental the day before forcing us to drive over an hr to Idaho Springs for the only nearest available, much more expensive 15ft truck. the online check in didn't work and we spent a half hour in the phone trying to check in. The only saving grace was that Chris the manager of Idaho Springs & his coworkers were amazing human beings and helped us figure out the rental as much as possible.
