I made a reservation followed by a call from uhaul saying I could not reserve at that location. My reservation was modified to a location 35 minutes further away. On the day of rental I called to confirm and was informed I could pick up at original location when person who reserved before me returned. Following my use and return I noted I was charged for Safetow, about which I was neither asked nor did I want. Original location confirmed I should have been asked, but it was out of their hands. The whole experience was disappointing.

frank bThere is really no place on this survey for the 1-800 number people who are the people that I would suggest you need to train better. Specifically the quote given was about $290 but it was $390 to actually get it from the service station here. They didn't know an awful lot about the pricing just that that's what it was. Turns out there are lots of extra fees that were not disclosed on the 1-800 number reservation
Jeff B20 ft truck we had reserved showed check engine light when we started it. Gentleman at location was able to rent us a 26’ truck, but it was a frantic exchange during a very busy time at the location. Worked out, but was a stressful situation.
