Customer service at pick up was great. Cab was filthy. I Specifically said I was dropping of on Monday the 16th and they charged me for Tuesday the 17th.
LANE FProgram for renting the truck was not working. So had to wait for over an hour until it w2as working again. The person at the counter helping me was great; the technical failure was not something he could control.
BENNY MI believe it was David that initially help me with setting up the rental, he was exceptionally helpful and professional. I could understand every word he said them asked about the tire sizes on the vehicle, he quickly looked it up and informed me.
