Make sure the drop off location takes the equipment you are requesting f you ask a customer to take on additional equipment for the benefit of your company. Driving to multiple locations was a major inconvenience for something that was supposed to be easy and beneficial for both your company and the customer.

Devante BMattea is FANTASTIC! I called around and she was the whole reason why I rented from where I did. She made the whole experience easy. Even faced with no internet, she made the situation easy! She so deserves a raise. She is a huge asset to this location. I am going to let everyone I know about how simple it was to use.

jing gTrailer floor was dirty with mud and dirt. Left quite a mess on my sofa cushions. Would be nice if this was hosed/sprayed prior to rental. Also, not having a tongue jack was a bit inconvenient at my destination. Finally, I would have really appreciated knowing in advance that I MUST arrive with a 4 blade light connector or rental will not be released.
DOUGLAS LWhile the woman that waited on me was very helpful, the bad experience came from renting a truck that should have been serviced BEFORE being rented to a customer. The mpg economy meter bounced back and forth and barely got out of the red zone. The truck lurched frequently. The bottom (wide angle) mirror could not be adjusted independent of the side view mirror. The 'low tire pressure light' remained on and a message that the RR passenger tire pressure was low. The tire required more pressure than was available in the equipment on hand and should have been checked and filled before renting. The driver's side door would not close properly unless slammed shut. However, the autotransport trailer functioned well enough except for one of the tires not being properly balanced.
CHARLES SThe woman that helped me the rental was extremely nice and helpful when picking up and dropping off the car carrier. The trailer was perfect; I used it to tow a Mini Countryman; everything worked excellently and I will rent again from them.

Roger OThe van had brand new tires, or recently replaced. The alignment is off causing feathering with the front tires. It's got some slop in the steering which positive toe on at least the left front tire made for being alert for erratic steering in certain conditions. Also has a exhaust leak, very noticeable. As far as inside the cab and cargo area were cleaner than expected. The worker was quiet pleasant to deal with. Zero problems with the association which was knowledgeable. I did tell her the issues with the rental. I could get into other minor issues but again, they're minor. Steering linkages and ball joint(s). Then a proper alignment before it rapidly damages tires unless the company gets huge discouon such . The should be a really easy find.
William CReturned truck to find out they were closed and it’s a gas station/convenient store. Couldn’t get gas to replace what I used and used the app to check truck back in and charged me 40 dollars of fuel for 30 miles, should’ve take half that. Not happy

Adrian AThis return center was not able to handle returns. New staff member at the gas station, who did not know how to handle returns. Was told that this location should have been listed as closed, but was not from the out of state rental. Had to wait to a district manager to come to location. Phone calls, and follow up. Bill the district manager however resolved the problem, and drove to the location. Thank you Bill. Please make sure the return listings are appropriately listed as open.
