Perfect
Jason AEverything was great except the fact that I had requested 24 blankets when I made the reservation. The blankets weren't there and I had to drive the truck to another U-Haul location to get them. That added about 14 miles to my mileage. I don't know who made the mistake, but the blankets should have been in the truck when I picked it up. It wasted time and it added mileage to my account.

Kevin AThe location was fine uhaul itself is terrible. I was promised .89/mile and was charged 1.29/mile. My reservation was placed two days before the pick up and it was given to someone else so I had to drive an hour round trip to get another truck. I’ll never use uhaul again. Ever.

Mathew GThe only problem I had was with the app. I used a mobile checkout and check in. Only one pic of the vehicle was uploading upon checkout. They uploaded correctly when I checked the vehicle in, and everything else on the app ran smoothly. It was very convenient to refill the gas tank and check in at a gas station. I’d use this location again.

James HI was over charged for truck service including daily insurance. I don’t know who’s responsible for that but it will be fine and fixed. Took longer than normal to get the truck due to a computer issue. That should have been my sign but it will be taken care of.

CRAIG PI rented a 26' truck from this location, and it was a gas station. The attendant had me waiting while he helped customers for the gas station, even though I arrived before them. He also added a $15 safemove charge without asking for consent for additional insurance, and I was not made aware until I received a receipt at the time I returned the truck. Please train these franchise locations to do a better job at customer service. The truck was clean and safe to drive, but the air conditioning was not working.

GONUL POur usual pick up place at Mid Guard had an engine issue with the truck we reserved. They contacted me the morning of the pickup and was able to get the same truck at the Exxon. The customer service at both locations was great. The truck was clean and ready to go, and we didn't miss a beat.
John PVehicle underperformed and unfair fuel charges I would like to share my recent rental experience, which was very disappointing. The vehicle I rented was very old. I only used it to haul a kids' slide weighing about 200 lbs, but the vehicle could barely move — it was extremely slow. I drove a total of 48 miles, yet I was charged for 12 gallons of fuel, totaling $60. That would mean the vehicle only gets 4 miles per gallon, and the fuel was priced at $5 per gallon — which seems completely unreasonable. It feels like I was unfairly overcharged for fuel. Overall, this was a very poor experience, and I hope you can look into these issues.

WESLY JWe were late bringing the truck back and were way over charged for items because the guy was mad. The original charge when we picked up the truck was &70 and the final bill was $153. Ridiculous.

THOMAS MI had to help the new employee start the truck and move it from off the trailer I was renting but the trailer worked out great for a great price. The main employee was very helpful and super helpful.
