I rented a 26' truck from this location, and it was a gas station. The attendant had me waiting while he helped customers for the gas station, even though I arrived before them. He also added a $15 safemove charge without asking for consent for additional insurance, and I was not made aware until I received a receipt at the time I returned the truck. Please train these franchise locations to do a better job at customer service. The truck was clean and safe to drive, but the air conditioning was not working.
