My reservation was scheduled for 6 hours. Latoya called me and asked what time was I returning the truck. I stated I would return the truck no later than 1 hour beyond my scheduled return time. With an attitude, Latoya states she will charge me an extra day if I didn’t return the truck exactly at my scheduled return time. Moving forward, I will ALWAYS rent for 24 hours because it’s the same price as 6 hours. Even if I know I’ll only need a truck for a few hours, I’ll set my return date for 24 hours. I’ve never had anyone call me an hour before my scheduled return to ask when am I returning the truck. I’ve always returned later than scheduled time and NEVER charged an extra day! Please do not use this location!
