Everything was great except the fact that I had requested 24 blankets when I made the reservation. The blankets weren't there and I had to drive the truck to another U-Haul location to get them. That added about 14 miles to my mileage. I don't know who made the mistake, but the blankets should have been in the truck when I picked it up. It wasted time and it added mileage to my account.
