The location and people were nice but the truck and booking was a nightmare and I ended up paying more somehow

ONE OF MY CHAINS DID END UP DRAGGING AND BROKE APART. I CALLED THE INSURANCE NUMBER TO SEE IF THEY WANTED TO HAVE SOMEONE COME AND PUT A NEW CHAIN ON BUT ALL I GOT WAS AN ANSWERING MACHINE AND THEY NEVER CALLED BACK. I USED TWIST TIES TO TIE TOGETHER. I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THE $7. INSURANCE BECAUSE THAT SEEMED USELESS.
