When going inside location to get keys, both employees were not wearing masks. Both employees seemed bothered by me trying to pick up my uhaul. When getting in uhaul, it was a mess. Huge Crumbs in the cup holders. Dirt everywhere. Gas was not full. It was not even worth me going back into the building to let them know as it was such a poor experience. I cleaned it at home myself and filled the tank. Much easier than dealing with this location.

bad they have paid me twice from my card and the truck did not even run miles it was right here in wilkies barre they returned the amount of 88.20 that they had taken from my card then they took it again and today 3 days later I see that they were debited of my card 70 dollars more, I already made the report to my bank and if it comes back and something abnormal happens I will report it to the police and I will take that to the last consequences and I will have the business closed ok I have all the capture about what they have done and I immediately called the bank and whoever assisted me saw it and is reported., la dirección de esos mañosos es la 445 Pierce St kinstong P.A tomorrow I will go there to tell everyone so that they learn and see that not everyone is an asshole 🖕🖕🖕

Tge key wasn't in the lock box as stated and I had to wait 2 extra hours to get the key which put us behind schedule.

The gentleman who was running the place stated to me he would be there til 5:00 i rushed around to return the truck before he left for the night, i arrived at place at 4:30 and no one was there i also notice the sign saying opened til 6:00 Monday thru Friday... Otherwise everything went very well...

Ensure that everything is explained in its entirety. I was given a vehicle with a 1/4 tank of fuel. I was told to return it with no less than the same amount of fuel. Not knowing the fuel mileage of the vehicle, I filled the tank. When I arrived at the drop off location, I was not given credit for the fuel that was remaining in the vehicle. It was well over 50 dollars. As I didn't know how the mpg would be you should have credited the excess fuel and I was told flat out no!

It's the U-Haul website. It adds answers and other items which at check-out had to be removed. I had to go to another location, thankfully local. I wanted the truck for the day but the location I reserved from said I only reserved for 4 hours, I don't remember doing that?

I'm very happy with my experience with Uhaul. I needed a truck the same day I rented one and got one. Very good on gas. Very courteous employees. Will need another truck within a month from now and I will go with haul again.

The driver side visor would not stay up. The visor fell down several times while driving blocking my vision. Very dangerous.

This was one of the worst experiences ever with Uhual. The truck was reserved at 9am, I finally got it at 12:30pm. I also reserved an appliance dolly, the store didn't have one and told me I could just 'drive around and find one'. When I asked them to call places (so I wouldn't rack up extra unneeded miles) they said they couldn't help me and to just drive around. I finally found a Uhual with a dolly only to realize that a couch had been left in the truck...meaning they DIDN'T check the vehicle, after I specifically asked if they had. When I went back, they had closed up shop(1pm). So if the person who was late with the Uhual hadn't gotten there when they did, I wouldn't have had a truck at all. I will never use this Uhaul location and suggest that no one else does either.

Location and service there was great. However the Uhaul corporate people were rather rude when I had to reschedule. I would recommend just dealing with this local dealer instead of calling Uhaul.

Well... I reserved online for a 9a pickup, but the business was not notified and no one was available to give me my trailer until after 11. That can really screw someones moving day up as I had people scheduled to help unload and most of those people could not adjust their schedules to compensate for the fact that I was over two hours late.

need to expand weekend hours - the office door said Saturdays were 11:00 am to 2 Pm and was closed when we got there at 9:30 am. A person did eventuall come out - was friendly, overall OK.
