The store owner was supposed to put back the $14.00 for the SafeMove which I didn't apply for. He gave his word that when I receive my final bill it will be taken care of and not be charged for it. That has not happen and I was charged for it. Poorly and wrong. I demand my refund back

They were smoking on the truck u hual workers that we drove cigs and weed two workers that give us out trucks keys

Attempted to drop off at 9 pm the night before it was due under the 24/7 policy. The lot was overflowing with small sports cars/sedan/coupes coming in and out what seemed like every 5 minutes, like something out of a fast and furious movie. There were a ton of people just standing around, cars parked all over the lot blocking spots for the U-Haul, etc. It's also a gas station and there wasn't any room to park or drop off the truck. The person picking me up was so scared of the area/traffic/loitering people that we ultimately ended up leaving the truck parked across multiple spots (the only place it would fit), locked it, and took the keys. Came back in the morning to complete the drop off. Would never recommend anyone drop off at this location again, it was extremely unsafe.

Still waiting for the regional manager to call me in reference to my experience at this location. Clearly, the district manager could care less. Terrible customer service, person did not wear a mask, and lied. Thomas Palmiero Iii, Area Field Manager

I got there, first person at the counter, who was doing not dealing with any customers, just pointed to the other other person at the counter who was dealing with another customer also, just told me to give him the key to the truck. He didn't talk to me other than that, he didn't check the vehicle with me, or talk to me more than telling me to give him the key. I was charged for a pad, which I was shorted without being given an opportunity to explain.

You can start by making an app that actually works, instead of an app that is only conducive to causing headaches and giving errors. I can't even begin to describe how much more painful the moving experience was because of how incredibly awful it was too both pick up and return the vehicle. I will never be using Uhaul again. The process of moving is already an inferno, and you guys only made it that much worse. Next time, I'll drag my furniture across the city. That would be more fun.

There was a problem with my card with then and I told them I would return at 9:00and they have 8:00 not good were is my refund back on my card.
