The male rep that wouldn’t provide his name at the time of pick up was extremely rude & condescending to myself, father ( whom paid & is 90 yrs old) & my son. The rep lied twice say we only had 3 hrs, then saying it was an error & only 5 hrs for truck usage. I called U-Haul & spoke with Ms. Mary; whom spoke with him for a period of time, while I was on hold. He told Ms. Mary in front of all of our faces that I was lying about everything. My father saw the rep several times placing with processing my father’s credit card to the point my father Earnest Drumgoole thought he was being scammed and complained. We are a regular client at 1875 E. Ridge Rd & have never experienced any thing like this. My father was so upset as you can see on camera because the male rep was completely disrespectful towards me to the point my father stated that I didn’t need to be disrespected and that we can wrap this up now; while the attendant began the 5th attempt to proceed with the order he had been procrastinating to complete. My father Earnest Drumgoole was extremely disappointed and stayed that we’d never come to 700 Plymouth location again & it took an unexpected delay just to receive the truck & the male rep refused to do anything with the walk about or around the truck prior to departure. We never received any documentation for our records or for the truck while we were out for verification purposes. We did drive within the mileage limits we specified and returned the tank on the exact amount it was released to us with the first white line and purchased the gas at the same location. I had to ask the female rep to do the walk around with us prior to departure and she did willingly; we are grateful to her & she deserves acknowledgment please. We returned the truck in a few hours and a different male rep received the truck in for our completion and he was pleasant such as the female rep from earlier in the day. The first male rep is trying to extort one extra mileage and a quarter of a tank on our rental truck and that isn’t even accurate. The rep made out experience the worse, he was disrespectful to my family and to Ms. Mary why she was communicating with him. He is not the one to represent the store that he is at he’s switched his mind and comments so many times that only one can question his ethics and he’s terrible with answering questions and dealing with races outside of his own; he is a minority himself with a lack of integrity or disregard for anybody’s energy, money or time. We are disputing the additional charges that is trying to be implemented when we asked prior to rental and returning if there’s anything additional to be charged & we were told no.Please feel free to listen to the recording with Ms. Mary & the male rep for rental date. We will in the future return to 1875 E. Ridge Rd.

tina lYour app has hitches. When taking photos of the ‘equipment’. Also, the review processing time at pick up took 15 min which is a bit rough.
Adrian MThe U-Haul app was not working for the employee or myself. It took 45 mins to check me in and give me my truck. He said it was taking long for every other U-Haul customer that day as well. The worker was very nice and apologetic. This is a U-Haul problem that needs to be fixed, especially when the services have time limits.
