It’d be helpful to explain what the check in/ check out process emails, especially highlighting the amount of pictures that need to be taken. It was more time consuming than I anticipated. Additionally, my truck was not clean (the cup holders had a lot of grease/ stains in there) and the truck was nearly empty of gas.
