Computers were down at pick up and they marked it as a full tank. We did not have a full tank at pick up. It was 3/4 and it was noted on acct. we were charged extra miles and gas. We had to go to another location to pick up and drop off the originally requested too. We were very accommodating.

The cab was dirty and had litter in it. The vehicle itself was dirty on the exterior. The storage area was clean.
