Ordered a 6x12 ramp trailer in Gordonsville. Day of rental I was told to pick it up in Orange which was an extra ten miles out of the way in both directions. I got there and they didn't even have the trailer I ordered. They have changed me to an enclosed trailer which would not work for my purposes. I had to settle for a smaller trailer they had which wasn't optimal and require us to take all the stuff off of a pallette and load it loose. But hey, they gave me $5 back for the small trailer. Terrible!

Cover the lock boxes as they were frozen and iced over . Took awhile to get the key Truck had zero gas but I had to confirm it had a 1/4 tank before getting my rental . No real complaints but that was just kinda not really professional
Brian SLot is a little tight when full. Took a bit to get the truck parked in the return spot. Cell coverage was weak, which meant it took longer to go through the check in and out procedure. I was charged for a dolly that was not available.
William GI was charged $15 for having a furniture dolly that wasn’t in the truck, I would like a refund of my money for that.
Breeze FI enjoyed talking with the 2 lovely women who were helpful and polite.
