Nice to the point Ray rocks great customer service just help us locate loss belongings in cab and easy going people keep to their self felt fine in environment the treat people with respect and don't turn you away everyone was nice and helpful good attitude would rent from them again left happy 😁

The location felt unsafe and was not what I chose on the app. I was over charged and the did not have the equipment I requested on the app.
JOSE RThe gas pump was on E literally 6 miles on it when J picked it up and I had to immediately put gas in it and brought it back with more gas in it than when I picked it up? Other than that it was cool
RICKEMA MThe location was very nasty. The truck on the inside was very nasty. They also added both insurance coverage to the truck that I DID NOT ADD. The truck was also on 2 miles to empty in fuel.
STEVEN BI waited over 40 minutes for the employee to open the store. He was apparently delayed by police. We got the truck and the dolly, but not the moving blankets. Overall, good service, but this inconvenience delayed our arrival to my new apartment. Thank you.
Vanna MEverything was good except the link to upload the pics. It kept giving errors and it was very time consuming. I have to refresh multiple times and it still wouldn’t accept the pictures. The area was not as good. Had multiple people having around drinking
