Cell connection is spotty, makes uploading pictures more difficult. Provide a picture/description of the key drop box location (wasn’t that hard to find, but would make it even easier).

Timothy KWhen I opened the truck the back was not swept and it was full of stuff and there was a dolly laying back there just in the truck not secured. I had to clean the truck before I could put my stuff in there and begin packing the truck with my stuff. When I arrived at this location and alerted the clerk that the insurance wasn't on the reservation originally by the individual who made the reservation, she advised that if we made any changes we would not be able to take the truck that day and we would have to wait and make a new reservation for a new day. We were forced to keep the added items to the trip that were never on there to begin with and she never tried to assist making things correct before leaving.

COLIN ADirty cab with blankets thrown everywhere. Also took up space that was needed to move. Empty beer bottles in the truck.barely any gas yet I had to spend 60$ to fill it up to where it was supposed to be then fill it to the 3/4th like your supposed to.also wrong drop off location was written down. All around I wish I would of just rented a truck from a random person. First experience was great this time it was a disaster and I received no refund for anything what so ever. Very dissapointed

JOHN DVery polite and efficient at processing. Could have used a little help with connecting trailer since it does not have a front jack, so I had to rig away to prop it up to get my hitch under the trailer. But, I love the location and how clean a place it was.
Bradley KThere was equipment in the truck I did not rent with no way to get credit. I also feel I paid twice for truck, once for initial rental I understood but with return no credits. I had gas, mileage, no damage still cost another 100+$ Doesn't seem correct .

Joyce SI requested 60 moving blankets and three dollys but there was only one dolly in the truck. Those moving blankets would’ve been so very helpful. When I went to ask the office staff about the blankets, she stated that they do not manage the supplies and that it is “a uhaul problem”. Also, going through all the verifications at the time of pick up seems counterproductive to getting the truck picked up timely. This is something that could’ve been completed beforehand so that it doesn’t take up valuable minutes when trying to move. So the move did not start as smoothly as it should have and it just snowballed through the day.
Amanda GAfter a very very long trip from Texas, this location was a blessing. We were able to park the car hauler right before they closed and bring the truck back the next day when they were closed. Clean (immaculate, actually), friendly, extremely helpful, and a God-send to us road-weary travellers!

Deborah NI was assigned a 20’ instead of a 26’ truck. Then I had to call customer service to resolve. I ended up being a hour behind schedule. The truck inside of the windshield was dirty and difficult to see out of. The truck drove very rough especially around 35 mph. It seemed it had a suspension issue. I was very concerned about taking it an hour away over a mountain.

George BI appreciated their help/recommendations in attempting to sort out towing with our pickup (Toyota Tacoma, which was missing the required wiring). I was also impressed with their flexibility in getting us into a truck when the trailer didn't work out. Exceptional service all around.

JON FApp check-in was laborious. The app kept telling me that my GOS said I was not at the location. I was. I had to download a GOS spoofing app to convince the UHaul app I was there so I could proceed with checkin.

TENESHA WThere was a locked gate that we didn't have the access code to, and there were no visible instructions for us to know how to get into the gated area to drop off the truck. we had to wait until someone came out of the gate and quickly piggy back in.

Bonnie gThey charged us $3120 instead of the $500 we owed. They said they accidentally charged us for the wrong trucks miles. It overdrafted our bank account by thousands of dollars and has left us without money for food/gas/Necessities for the next “3-5 business days” with NO apology. The girl we called didn’t care and wouldn’t help us. Disgusting customer service and insane that they aren’t more careful when taking peoples money.

VANESSALEIGH BMake it easier to return after hours. Let customer know ahead of time what they need to do when returning truck. I had no internet connection until I got home. Had already dropped the key in the box and didn't know to take pictures. Went back and took pictures of the outside of the truck. Took HOURS to get a hold of Uhaul I called about 5x,left a call back # and was hung up on when they called me back and had to go through the whole process again
