I reserved a 10 ft truck but was reassigned to a 15 ft truck. Upon arriving to this location, there was a 10 ft truck present and it was still sitting there when I returned my 15 ft truck. I'm disappointed I was not given the truck I reserved. There was also a locked gate and it would have been nice to have been given the code with the reservation confirmation.
