We were very pleased with the service and the entire process of borrowing a UHall truck. Bree, the Site Manager, was very helpful and did her best to get the best rate for where we needed to travel. She put us at ease. She was so nice and really knew everything about reserving a truck and dropping off points.

thomas gI reserved a 10 ft truck but was reassigned to a 15 ft truck. Upon arriving to this location, there was a 10 ft truck present and it was still sitting there when I returned my 15 ft truck. I'm disappointed I was not given the truck I reserved. There was also a locked gate and it would have been nice to have been given the code with the reservation confirmation.
