Dealt with a lady at the pickup location. She was extremely rood to myself, and to the lady at the corporate office arranging for the uhaul. I kept insisting the reservation was paid for, and she continued to yell. This was paid for by a large corporate account, and had to get someone from the corporate office to correct the misunderstanding. This was an extremely dissatisfying experience, and will rethink uhaul if this is the way the reps run this

The charges were ridiculous at this location. I was out $90 for a $20 Uhaul I rented for a few hours that I filled back up. NEVER AGAIN!

I dropped off the vehicle outside of normal business hours and called Customer Service to notify them of the return. I had no issues.

At this location the proprietors do not come out to assist or check on anything so your on your own, and the property grounds being rough helps to have help with trailer hook-ups.

$44.00 Rate was not $44.00 as agreed upon therefore the customer service repersenitive charge $50.00 a day also she tryed to overcharge an aditional $37.00 that she inded up waving the aditional cost. This location was at the Winchester KY 40391 Uhaul - Marethon Station.

Agent didn’t know equipment she had in inventory, kept directing us to the wrong size even though the one we reserved was on the lot. This location had a single person providing rental, running convenience store and gas station. Took over 1.5 hours to get an already reserved and forms completed vehicle.

Took forever to get my rental, she kept serving other customers before me even though I had been waiting. 25 minutes. She told me that she had to serve the actual customers first. I had called and reserved a truck and when I went to pick it up they didn’t have my reservation or the truck for me. They rented me a bigger one for same price but the lady didn’t know how to do it. I rented for 24 hours and the lady called me the next morning asking me to turn the keys in by 930 am because she had someone else wanting to rent it at that time. Then they charged me full price and I had to go in for a fourth time to get it adjusted. It was all over a horrible experience. Would not recommend.

I put $15.00 in the gas tank and put the fuel guage needle back where it was originally. You are charging me $29.60 INCORRECTLY! I went back to where I turned in the Uhaul and showed them a picture I took on my phone of the mileage......the odometer and the fuel needle and the clock on the dash........and the cargo area in the back where we swept it out very clean. These people there told me the woman.....possibly his wife, I don't know........read the mileage incorrectly and they would reverse the charges on my card...........I'm waiting and watching for that to happen. Starting mileage was 15485.0......ending mileage was 15516.1..........total miles was 31.1.........i.e. 1.1 miles over allowed..........at 40 cents per mile, this amounts to 44 cents I owe you. Please fix this immediately or I will contact my attorney. That fuel needle was NOT at the 1/2 mark after I put the gas in.....I have picture on my phone to confirm this..........they are trying to rip me off and they will NOT be successful.......I will take this $29.60 to the freaking Supreme Court......you don't know me or who I know.......I highly suggest that you fix this immediately......I will NOT turn loose of this until it is right!.........that's why I documented everything on my phone..........I'm waiting and listening today, but if not resolved by midnight Friday, I will contact my attorney on Monday..........have a great weekend, because if you refuse to make this right, the next week will get really exciting.......again, sir, you don't know me or who I know............good luck!

Okay. If your moving a UHaul is definitely the way to go. This experience was okay. No real big problems. But I still haven't got my deposit money back yet. Lady was kind of rude and hard to understand but she got us through fast. All in all....it's been pretty good. Definitely worth it to me!!!!
