I would not allow stores to change your rental times without notifying you. My rental time was changed to only 7 hours which is NOT a full day from when I picked the truck up at 11am. I had to call customer service and get it fixed and that is what they told me. The store changed it. Also, the store has horrible parking for their uhauls and we could barely fit ours in the return spot because they do not designate their spaces out per U-Haul that gets returned. To no fault of the store, the app also “glitched” (per customer service themselves) and I had to call customer service again, because the physical inspection section of check in would not upload my pictures, which made my check in take an extra 35 minutes…overall the truck was in good condition but a pretty stressful experience overall.
