I did a drop off and found don’t actually see a person. Your surveys should account for dropping off when businesses are closed. Not surprised that your survey is half way done. The whole company is mismanaged.

I had a reservation but when I went inside the store, the system did not show it. They told me there were no trucks available. I went back to my car, logged into the system from my phone and there was a truck available. This time when I went into the store they had one available and everything went smoothly. There was mud inside the truck but it had been raining for several days so there was mud everywhere.
Richard VThis truck was very dirty, including the steering wheel. It was in this condition when we picked it up at noon today. Also it isn’t noted anywhere but the drivers side exterior mirror was busted (bottom mirror). I also have pics of this when we picked it up at noon. Oddly, when returning the vehicle the online version prevented me from giving this feedback. The next page was not available if one gave feedback. It was only after changing the answer to NO issues that the next page became possible. I saved the feedback to my private notes in case I received a survey like this. It is also the reason that I took photos of the physical damage to the truck and the condition upon receiving it. This location has been and still is a favorite. I know no one in this office but consistently they are friendly and personable. I will continue to rent here but I protect myself as always with photos. The condition of the truck today was an exception.

Bonnie WNot a lot of space to park the 20 ft truck I was renting. No key drop off box. Glad I made it there while they were still open as you have to be able to drop the key off with the employees of the pawn shop. I would suggest dropping off your equipment at an actual u-haul location if you can help it. The staff were friendly and helpful though
