I was expecting the inside of the rental to be clean. Unfortunately there was garbage and broken glass on the floor and a significant amount of mud and dirt. As a result, the items being moved have to be cleaned. The ‘cab’ area had layers of dust and grime, and more importantly, the vehicle needed an alignment. I gave rented from this location before and my previous experience was much better.

Jaime DBefore we took the truck, we have taken a photo of the dashboard showing the fuel level was one third not half and also the milage was 13094. When we returned, we traveled 78 kms and filled again $20 gas. They say that the tank was half and though we showed the photo, it was not agreed.

. AThe staff were friendly and helpful. The uhaul truck was in great condition. The uhaul debit machine had technical issues but that seems to always happen at all uhaul locations.

Manoj HI had a very disappointing experience at the U-Haul location inside Ezee Market in Millwoods. The person working there was completely unprofessional — no greeting, no proper welcome, and he wasn’t even wearing a uniform or nametag. When I asked for his name, he said it was “Garry”, but his attitude was extremely rude and disrespectful. This is not the kind of service anyone expects from U-Haul. I will never return to this location and would not recommend it to anyone. Very poor customer service

Anoop CI got quoted and paid $170 for 135 Miles max, I only used 134 miles but they charged my credit card another $92 extra. This not acceptable!

Suyash SIt was my first and good experience to hire a U-Haul for moving a furniture. It was easy to hire and find a good truck. Overall it costed me $77 for 49 km journey including rental rate. So my request is to lower the per km cost or remove rental cost so that one can hire frequently in such kind of service. Because on market place, most of the things are sold at very nominal charges and most of the people wants cheap way for its moving. Now the things - sold on market place are almost under $100 and its moving cost is about almost the same price. So if you lower the cost of your service, more people would prefer to use it frequently. Ultimately your business would grow hire with multiple people using it frequently.

Tyler AThe gas tank was not full when I got in the uhaul. When I tried to fill up the tank, the gas nozzle stopped. Which means the tank is full. I tried to explain this to the convenience store clerk, but they ignored me, and I was charged $9. I think the truck needs to be inspected; there might be something wrong with the gas tank meter.

Heather JINDRAJIT is an honest and good man. I forgot my credit card at the store and left with the rental truck. On the way, I received a call about it and I requested him to safe keep my Credit Card till my return. Upon my return he handed my CC back to me. Otherwise, The truck was clean and the entire rental experience was straight forward. I recommend him and his location for a smooth experience.

Joseph LDumpster out back was left open and crows and seagulls were munching away. We also couldn't find the key return lock box so had to wait for the store to open to return the key. Workers were friendly though.
