It was nice experience because of polite staff in a store who provided to me good service, explanations and made everything what was needed fast. There was no questions.
Volodymyr SThe truck wasn’t safe to operate. Oil change due (minor detail, understanding it might be just over) and the whole van smelled like feces. I’m not exaggerating it seemed like someone recently transported dead farm animals. The rear right signal light also did not work. It’s clear as a professional vehicle rental company, U-Haul is failing to even provide a quick check in between bookings to spend 2 minutes and ensuring the vehicle is ready to be rented again. I’d appreciate someone to contact me to discuss addressing these concerns. I’ve booked U-Haul for at least 4 moves, and multiple times in town rental trucks. If I’m not contacted to discuss further, I’ll be finding another company to give me money to for future needs.
Jonathon BWhen i booked it was showing $1.19 km but when i picked it then changed to $2.07 mile fir distance charges.
Karanbir SOne of the windows/windshield had been replaced but there were still pieces of tempered glass throughout the vehicle. The previous user left trash in the vehicle cab and there was what looked like dried sticky drink residue on the console. The lock for the truck box was seized and inoperable. The gas cap was separated into two pieces. Generally, the vehicle operated fine but needs to be cleaned and maintained.
