The truck was unlocked when we arrived and we didn’t know we had to go inside for the key. Could’ve been more clear.

Harsh kPricing was vastly different from the online booking! I feel like it needs to be stated more clearly the extra mileage charges/ rates at the time of check out (on the website) so customers are more aware of the financial implications
