ASHOK JAbsolutely will never rent from here again. The trailers are stored off site, was told to not take pictures before I left and then I checked in the trailer online after having the trailer for 2 days. Even dropped off rental contract, and was charged $231???

Rodney HI have rented from this location a few times over the last 5 or so years, and everyone that works there is always nice, professional, and helpful EXCEPT for one employee. I don’t know his name, but he is a short skinny black guy with long locs and wears glasses. He opened the location the morning of 4/19/26. He is an absolute asshole. He has the worst attitude I’ve ever come across, is not even remotely helpful, and has tried to fight me twice simply for calling him out on his completely unprofessional attitude. The first encounter: this was maybe a year or so ago. I came by to drop off my rental. It was around 630-7pm. I was told the place stayed open til 9, but misunderstood that the uhaul part closed earlier than that. When I got there, the employee told me uhaul was closed and I’d have to do the drop off on the app. No problem. As I turn to leave he says “you knew we were closed. Stop playin.” I told him that I didn’t know uhaul was closed and that him being a dick about it wasn’t helpful. He bucked up and immediately wanted to fight. “Say that to my face bitch” were his exact words. I told him I wasn’t trying to fight, just that his attitude wasn’t helpful at all. The second encounter this past Sunday morning 4/19/26. I came by to drop off my rental. I Googled what time the place opened and it said 8am. When I arrived, I walked in and said “hey man, I’m dropping off a rental.” His response “look around you sir. Does it look like we are open?” I said that the sign says 8am. He pointed out that it was for the weekdays, not Sunday. Fair. My mistake. He then did not even try to help me figure out how to do the drop off with my phone. He told me that my attitude wasn’t needed even though I didn’t have one. I was tired on 4 hrs sleep and didn’t know they weren’t open yet. He said “not my problem” and was just a complete asshole about the entire thing. When I raised my voice out of frustration and told him that he needed a serious lesson in customer service, he once again bucked up and wanted to fight. He told me to come back and say it to his face instead of while standing next to my car. He needs a MASSIVE lesson in professionalism, customer service, and respect. He has none of that. I can only imagine how many other people he treats the way he treated me. Renters beware!

THOMAS SHard to find a place to park. Staff “was too busy” to check me in. Asked them to check for cleanliness, make sure gas level was same, etc,… Was told they would check later. Ended up getting charged another $15 for gas even though level was same as pick up. I could’ve gone and filled it up down the street if they had told me but again they just told me to leave it and go on no time to check anything Feel like I was taking advantage of.

MATTHEW KMaking all hauls process their system to get and return a van/truck the same way. One location does it different than the other than acts like their process is either the right way or the way that everybody does it and it’s not the case. More consistent process

He then told me I have to contact the Nashville location and he can not help me, after calling the Nashville location they told me the Atlanta one is supposed to fix this issue. NO ONE IS HELPFUL and keeps sending me back to one another.
MEGAN BWe had the best experience we have ever had. The site was in a great location, easy to find. But what made it awesome was how quickly we were able to get the truck. Many of my other experiences with U-haul felt slow, unorganized and painfully long. I had to schedule 1-2 hours just for pick up. This one we were second in line and still got in and out in 10 minutes. I appreciated how kind and competent Keem was at this location. He just did a great job and was knowledgable and helpful. We even reached out to his manager and told him what a great job he did and how impressed we were with the service. The manager was working, helping customers, and stated how important it was for him to provide quality service. I was very impressed. I wish all Uhauls were like this. Bonus we loved getting a newer truck to pick up and deliver my aunts brand new couch!

JEFFREY SStaff was reluctant to print a receipt for me. He insisted it was already in my email since I’d used the app for the return. Emails did come well after I’d left the site, but I wanted to know I had proof of my return before leaving. I should not have had to press him for a hard copy.
Scott LThe condition of the truck I received was quite nerve wracking. The engine completely shut off when I came to a stop at one point which was scary. Also, while in transit the back wheels went one way and the front wheels went the other even with the tow haul feature on. We were honestly scared to drive on the wet roads and up hills. Not sure I'd want to rent these trucks again or at least not a truck that looks so old.
