kristi wEveryone was nice and the process was fairly quick, but trucks should have full tanks. Sending rentals out with very little fuel requires extra time on my part and some guesswork about how much fuel to put in to avoid a send stop to refuel. It looks like a blatent money grab.
Brett CI asked for a dolly and it wasn’t included. The moving assistance was ridiculous. They were childishly rude and one group Didn’t even answer. This was such a terrible experience that I will never go to U-HAUL or any company affiliated with them again!

He did say I would receive a return confirmation text within a few minutes but I have yet to receive anything. I did call several times just before 2pm on 7/25/26 to ask for the text to be sent but no one picked up. They may have been busy with other customers.
Daron DI have been incurring similar issues from at least one of the same customer service person. I am there to rent your vehicle, abide by your rules & bring the equipment back & pay for the service. I surely do not want any surprises. It seems like the convince of that store being so close my affect my future rental.

ADRIAN PThe personal service was superior. Never had better. The proprietor was very good at explaining over the phone just how to do the return and then on arrival he waved me to the correct route. It's a busy site on the corner of a main road and a cross street. Better trailer return signage might help some. I dropped off 12' trailer during rush hour which was not ideal but manageable.
Robert MI usually have a very good experience at this location. The young man with long dreadlocks was very strange.” If I want your drivers licenses, I’ll ask for it” (when I put my DL on the shelf bc the app said to have it ready) … when casually looking at the check in screen as he’s checking me in - he turns around and motions me backward with flapping hands (it’s a small space inside so not much room to move back with other people inside). Then even stranger he says as I’m still casually watching as he’s checking me in :” you don’t have to worry about this”. Like I’m not supposed to watch the check in progress. I was not even really reading the screen. It’s small Inside and you have to stand and look at something. Very strange and uncomfortable. The other young gentleman behind the counter had a much more normal interaction with his customer.
Suzanne CI just needed a furniture dolly. Quick in/out. Heavy rain at drop off and employee came out to meet me to minimize time in the rain. Nice service touch!

Helen MDid not have equipment that I reserved with the equipment. I ended up having to buy a utility dolly. I did not buy the two furniture dollys to replace the rentals that weren't available. The lock that was purchased did not work on the truck which we didn't realize until after it was taken out of the package and was unable to return it and had to buy a second lock. It took over an hour to pick up the truck.

HAZEN BGreat trailer, all things great until mobile return. App wouldn't log me in (IT issue, not fault of location) but when I got customer support on the line to help with my after hours return, they gave me the path to login to website by looking up contract #. THEN I had to go back and forth from the parking lot behind trader joes where I was asked to park the trailer to the Uhaul location to get the return process to start based on my location. My only ask is to assure the location behind Trader joe's where lot sits to connect to the app for an appropriate return location so that you don't have to drive back and forth. The service onsite for pickup was great. Team was helpful and professional. My issue is with the trader joes parking lot not connecting to app for after hours return.
Grant PThe person working there was an asshole ! rude. He over charged me for gas. I put gas in it. I have the credit card reciept. I'm dicputing the transaction with my bank !
JEFFREY JCustomer service was poor. Marcus refused to check me in because he said I came off rude. When I came in I told him I was returning the truck. He rudely asked me where was the keys. I explained to him that the truck was being parked( I did say that rude). He also refused to complete my return and TOLD me that I had to do a mobile return and he wouldn't do my return.When I picked up the truck there was a worker( didn't get his name) but he wasn't rude but very short. In my opinion it was because we walked in and didn't have a reservation. He just wasn't pleasant. I will never ever rent from this location again!
TREVOR HYou shouldn’t advertise the trucks as costing $19.99 when you have so many fees. I understand the mileage but the fees in addition to that are a lot and boost the price significantly. I also didn’t even open the fueniture pads and feel I should have been reimbursed for not having used them.
SONYA THighly recommend this location, Corey was terrific!! We rented a van and it was very easy to drive and we completed the task ahead of time! We will definitely be back, very affordable!! A+

Scott LI had reserved a truck with a dolly, which was indispensable to proceed with moving office furnitures. There was no dolly when I picked up the truck. This meant losing time to go find an alternative dolly rental place.

ASHOK JAbsolutely will never rent from here again. The trailers are stored off site, was told to not take pictures before I left and then I checked in the trailer online after having the trailer for 2 days. Even dropped off rental contract, and was charged $231???
