How U-Haul Reviews WorkNothing, it was an excellent experience
Allison AEasy pickup and return of the van.
Michael MLocation of pickup was moved farther away and difficult to access the trailer as it was at an off-site. Trailer was good and recently overhauled. This was several miles away in the opposite direction in a heavily congested area. I would not agree to pickup from this location again. Also getting the runaround on the location cost me time and money. This was not a location issue as much as a scheduling issue. Trailer has about a 100 screws rolling around inside. I have to clean them up before I could load. Had they gotten out they could have taken out a tire on the trailer or my truck or scratched the furniture I was hauling.
Edmund GInside of trailer was dirty and oily I had to clean it out be for putting my stuff in it
