More customer parking space.
Helen MDid not have equipment that I reserved with the equipment. I ended up having to buy a utility dolly. I did not buy the two furniture dollys to replace the rentals that weren't available. The lock that was purchased did not work on the truck which we didn't realize until after it was taken out of the package and was unable to return it and had to buy a second lock. It took over an hour to pick up the truck.
DONNA CGreat customer service. The rep that I spoke to on the phone held my reservation and the truck was ready for me when I got there.
