JEFFREY SStaff was reluctant to print a receipt for me. He insisted it was already in my email since I’d used the app for the return. Emails did come well after I’d left the site, but I wanted to know I had proof of my return before leaving. I should not have had to press him for a hard copy.
Scott LThe condition of the truck I received was quite nerve wracking. The engine completely shut off when I came to a stop at one point which was scary. Also, while in transit the back wheels went one way and the front wheels went the other even with the tow haul feature on. We were honestly scared to drive on the wet roads and up hills. Not sure I'd want to rent these trucks again or at least not a truck that looks so old.

MATTHEW GThe main issue we had was that the headlights on our truck were messed up. To even be able to see, we have to turn the brights on. Even then, it didnt feel like we could see very well. Felt unsafe.
HANNAH KI had rented the vehicle for two days, and was told if I returned it early I would only be charged for one day. I was then told the office hours and shown the lockbox in case I returned the vehicle after the store had closed. I returned the vehicle one hour before the location closed and didn’t require the vehicle for the second day. When I received my receipt that evening I was charged for the full two days. I would like to be refunded for the second day that I did not use the vehicle, and I hope that will happen.

RICHARD SStaff was rude & asked me to get out of the store because I was 10 minutes earlier than their business opening hour. The claimed the truck had 1/4 of a tank when it noted on speedometer had 16 miles of driving.
ALLAN KI went to the specific location to reserve a truck to make sure there were no problems. on my moving day I arrived and there was no truck available. They had no record of my reservation. They had moved my reservation to another location. No warning no nothing. I had taken an Uber to the location only to find out that my truck had been moved to a different facility. They did have a smaller truck which made my job take longer. That facility had no moving pads other than the six that run the back of the truck. I had movers waiting for me at my home which made my job cost more money and take longer. I was disappointed at the fact that no one had reached out to let me know there had been a problem. They had my phone and email and they had done this to 2 other people in line as well. I was not pleased with the level of service displayed during my move.
HAROLD SI wasn't notified that the dolly I ordered wasn't there till I got there which made using the appliance dolly difficult, and no light to take pictures of the inside of the truck, but other than that good experience.
Cherry BCustomer service was poor. The guy in the morning was helpful and even came outside after seeing me struggling backing out of a tight spot. But the 2 guys at 12pm were horrible and acted as if I was invisible's even though I was the only there.

MATTHEW WThe truck only had a quarter of a tank of gas when rented which makes it very difficult to return it with that same amount. Vehicles should start with full tanks. I returned it with half a tank and asked if they could credit me the gas. I was told no. This seems very unreasonable to me.

JONATHAN SDropping off trailer Monday morning, there was no one at the remote lot and no one was answering the office phone. When I drove over to the office, staff person was sitting at the computer and looking at his phone. When I asked him to check me out, he said "ok, you're done" but he didn't actually check me out. I had to ask again before he actually did.
