The drop off address is not large enough to accommodate dropping off trailers. I pulled in to the location, off of a very busy street, and was told the drop off location was 3 blocks away. I have quite a bit of experience towing trailers, and I was barely able to get back out of their lot without damaging anything. This listing needs to have instructions to call ahead for drop offs so that the renter will know where to go.Jeff W.

Let me begin sharing my whole experience. I booked Uhaul on April 17,2022 for pick up today, may 30,2022. I requested the location near me, but it assigned me to a place 25 minutes away. My father and fiancÃ© drove out there to pick up the 20 Ft Uhaul with the dolly. They got there before 10:30 and the man told them that they didn't have a truck for us. This location was apparently very unkept and a â€œgraveyardâ€ for Uhauls. See the photo attached. The man said he would credit us 40 dollars which won't even cover gas on the truck. It was 25 minutes out there to pick up a truck that wasn't even there. They then asked him to drive another 28 minutes to another Uhaul pick up spot. Here they were able to get the 20ft truck, but they didn't have the dolly. Somehow they were able to find an appliance dolly. We will make this work. The truck only had half a tank of gas as well. This will not get us through our move at all. Luckily we were able to get a truck on the correct day so it didn't delay our trip even more. However, looking at the website tonight to check drop off location, I see that my safe move insurance is not on the truck. I purchased safe move because I want to ensure that we are covered. I also do not see the compensation that the man told us we'd get. This has been a completely terribly experience this time. I have rented from Uhaul in the past, but this time is unlike any other. Please inform me of what to about the insurance and how to get compensated for our time and inconvenience. The major thing is that My fiancÃ© is driving this truck tomorrow and it is supposed to have safe move on it. I need to have that covered especially since I paid for it. I also spent from 8:32-9:20 PM on May 30th on a chat with a woman name Dawn. She not once apologized for what happened and she was zero help in creating a resolution to the problem. However, thankfully she gave me your information. I am hopeful that you will be able to explain why that safe move dropped off my reservation, but wasn't taken off my pay. How it could be removed once it was purchased?Blake H.

The location is a little tight with multiple businesses and many U-Haul trucks and trailers, but the staff and service were pleasant, quick, and comprehensive. I'd gladly drive the 15 miles to rent there again versus other U-Haul locations I have dealt with previously.Terry S.

Truck has an airtag that sent me notifications all weekend that I was being tracked. If this is done on purpose to protect the asset, fine, but this fact should be disclosed very plainly on the front end. It's very unsettling as a woman to be tracked by an unknown device and not know if it's U-haul or someone with more sinister intentions. Air tags have been notoriously used by stalkers to follow people without them knowing, which is why Apple constantly notified me that I was being tracked by 'an unknown device'. At minimum, the tracker should be renamed to "u-haul" or something similar to help put customers at ease. Unfortunately I won't be using this location again, especially since the employees couldn't confirm if the device was placed there intentionally by the location owner or someone else. The equipment I ended up with was great. But the first piece of equipment I was given had a defect. The wheel strap on the passenger side (for the trailer) was defective. It looked like it fell off the last car towed and rubbed on the road and was worn away. Also the rear light on the trailer (passenger side) of the trailer I did end up using was bent out of straight. Other than that myexperience was great. Especially with the crew at Sandy Springs. They were great.Pat H.

When we received this truck it was filthy inside both areas, but specifically in the cabin area. The driver area was filled with some type of flying bug covering the driver and passenger area and bugs were lining the top upholstery area. The driving area was also covered in a sticky substance. We rent uhaul trucks every weekend and this weekend we had to use this particular locations because our normal location was fully booked. This by far was the WORST UHAUL we have ever driven.James K.

I think it is crazy being charged a whole nother day for vehicle returned after hours. Rented at 6:45 one day )15 minutes before closing) and returned next night after hours. Poor service and unprofessional workers at the location. Added a random fuel charge to my final bill for 5 gallons of fuel although i only travelled 8 miles in total. There is also way too much going on in the limited space that they have on Roswell Rd. This makes it hard to get in and out of the parking lot with U-Haul trucks.Joe P.
