Very dissatisfied with UHaul main location scheduling staff in Eau claire wi. I was given no email warning me that my pick up location was changed and that the new location opened an hour later than what I needed. I have trusted UHaul for quality service for the past 20 years. From this experience I would not recommend Uhaul to friends. I select the location and hours I want to use for pickup/dropoff…it should not be “assigned” to me with NO advance notice
