In past UHaul rentals, reserved dollies were in the truck when I arrived and I assumed the same would happen with this reservation. I almost left without the dolly (thank god I checked!) but the error was caught in time. Ben was super helpful when I asked to borrow a broom when checking out and offered to do it for me. Oh, they have a cool rock display at the counter!. The team was nice and very helpful. Would recommend this place to a friend.LISA M.

Always prompt and friendly service. Have previously rented a storage space here and rented trucks at this location many times. Facility is well maintained, never any problems with vehicle operation. The transmission on the Truck was in need of work. Shifting was somewhat unpredictable and one time going down a small hill, it shifted into a low gear. It made loud noises accelerating and decelerating.Robert C.
Always good until the final day. I plan to extend the rental like I do rental cars whenever needed. One hour before the due time of 2:30 PM I got an alert that said the truck was due in one hour. I clicked through to extend this rental and was informed I could not. From this standpoint on the staff that I experienced were rude and disrespectful, capped off by a Saturday morning conversation that bordered on bullying. Very poor customer experience. This goes for all locations/dealers: after renting five trucks in two weeks, every truck needed to have the INSIDE of the windshield cleaned. The glare at night is just plain dangerous if you don't know to heat up the windshield with the defroster vents.Robert W.

The location was OK. The problem was that my rental location AND time was changed, and this was never communicated to me, so when I arrived I was informed I needed to return it at the original time, even though I only got to pick it up an hour later than I had reserved because the location was closed at my original time. The van we rented had very loose suspension - we basic dolphined (van going up and down) on all bumps on the road. Felt like you were on a carnival ride. Not good!JOHN M.

Overall, this experience went smoothly. Truck was ready to go and in good condition. There was a dolly and handtruck left in the truck from a prior renter that needed to be cleared out, but otherwise, no glitches. Check in and out was easy. Appreciate the app that allows for updated pictures of the condition before taking the truck off the lot. While I didn't use it, the ability to do online check-in and out is convenient.KATHRYN K.

We couldn't get the dome light or back door lights to turn off, no matter how many times we shut the doors and locked them! Even while driving they stayed on. Otherwise great experience.Julia R.
Customer service was prompt and friendly. However, this is more of a communication issue between U-Haul and locations. Please disclose on the app whether or not things like furniture pads are available for use. I paid for the use of furniture pads for my move, but was told by the location that they did not provide them because there was no way to sanitize them b/c of COVID. I was also given an option for an appliance dolly that did not have a locking mechanism in the handle to make height adjustments. In other words, the handle could've potentially slid off the dolly. This was not an official U-Haul dolly but provided by location as another option.Brian F.
