Jennifer MProvide more specific instructions for using the app to access elevator. For example select up or down button and wait until the elevator car arrives before pushing unlock in the app, then wait for it to show open before selecting floor (or other procedure if more effective.) Consider carts with front wheels that allow better handling.

KWAME OBilling system is not good. I returned van, employee didn't check anything and send receipt later. One full day later I never get receipt. I need to know how much charging on my card. The location is good, but service is not good.

PATRICK RU-Haul needs to make it clearer when they change locations of where to pick up the truck. I just happen to call about another issue and found that my pickup location had been changed to another location on the other side of town. When I picked up the van, another women was there who was told her van was at another location far away. Lucky for me, I found out a day early, because of my call, this woman didn't find out until she arrived and was dropped off to get her van. Otherwise the service was great! The new Ford van was amazing and easy to use...nothing like the older vans.

Marvin BI would like to see the vehicles rented out with full tanks of gas. It is easier to return a vehicle with a full tank then to try to fill the tank to some less-then-full indication like mine was at 3/8s of a tank.
David MThe app was incredibly bad. Constantly had to close and refresh. Couldn’t get through the process without having to start over. Took over twenty attempts to complete drop off. Constant errors or server can’t be reached. Even setting up the account locked me out luckily phone number worked after email verification kept having server errors. Spent over an hour just trying to drop it off. It’s extortionate to not have a support line for the app and charge a fee not to use a the worst functioning app I’ve ever used.

Jared GAs the desk person offered, the pickup truck had an intense cigarette smoke smell that they've tried everything to remove. Consider running a powerful ozone generator in the cab overnight. The powerful ones are plugged into a 120V wall outlet rather than the simple ones plugged into a cigarette lighter socket.

Benjamin EService, location and vehicle were all great. Only disappointment was realizing what the milage fees were. Felt a little misleading to advertise a rate in dollars and cents and then add (plus milage fee). A short rental with 30 miles costs more than double your advertised rate. Then the customer pays for fuel on top of that. So I rented a 19.95 truck for a few hours and paid 2X that because of the milage, then put $20 in fuel in the truck. I don’t mind the rate or paying for fuel but the $0.80/ mile is a bit excessive (and misleading). $20 rental is not a $20 rental. Would prefer upfront pricing - give a daily rate that works rather than stacking up additional fees.

Greg BThe only negative is the pricing. $19.95 marketed, but with a .95 cent per mile fee, it turns into a $49 rental for a couple hours, less than 25 miles. You should be more transparent, or maybe offer a price for X hours X miles with no small print cost.

jenelle hThe truck had the engine light on almost the whole time I had it. The guy at the location said to just keep using it when I called and asked about it. Said it was probably the air filter. I was scared of the truck breaking down the whole time I used it, drove with bated breath. I was charged for a whole day for returning the truck 3 minutes late. I was told to return it at 11pm and was driving at 11.04pm after dropping off.

Sterling KThe equipment was clean, the support staff at the center was courteous (which itself is a winner for me). However, the gas was not fully topped up before renting. As a result, I ended up having to approximate the amount of fuel I refilled before returning. I ended up refilling double the amount of gas I had consumed, but I did not receive a credit for the same. Can you fix that and make the transaction fair and square?

Explaining what to do. I guess if I had to complain it would giving up the contract on return of equipment. I like to have receipts for any transaction.

MODOU CStaff at location didn't listen, I was showing him that gas was not at 5/8 and it's close to 1/2 tank , I took pictures and tried to show him on pickup and return both, but he didn't want to go and see. Plus I didn't get receipts neither he was willing to close and wanted to give me final invoice, he said he will look into it later and email me invoice. Very poor customer service , will never rent at this location
