We had a small accident. We purchased your insurance. Your attendant said he thought there might be a $150 deductible. If so, you have engaged in false advertising. No one said anything about a deductible. Your attendant didn’t even know about that. Your attempts to push everything onto the client’s I- phone are frankly ridiculous and not appreciated. I have used U- Haul successfully at least 50 times in the past. When I went to see your message to me on my phone your great message said “you have missed your window to view this.”. NOT CLIENT FRIENDLY. It feels as if your check-in process is for your benefit, not mine. It means you can hire really stupid people and push all the work onto the client. Bullshit.
