The truck had the usual wear and tear, but it drove well and the store owner was great!

Had to sit at the place for over an hour because I was never informed that I needed to download the app to get keys and the place was going to be closed on the day of pick up. After speaking directly with the owner setting it up.

JOHNNY COn line check in took way too long and was cumbersome at best. Truck was dirty when I picked it up. Someone smoked in the cab and left cigarette butts in the door handle on the passenger side. I did not receive what I had originally requested (truck size, moving blankets and appliance dolly). I will not use that location for pick up or return again.

Gary WI got 2800 reservations but when go to store he said 3400, not able to explain why. I was in rush because of that I paid. I asked to return day 27 Dec but he put 26 December truck return, 27 trailer. Which is doesn’t make sense, trailer without truck

Brian RWhen I picked up the van both back tires were low and needed air put in them. The gentleman marked that there was 1/4 tank of gas but there was only 1/8th in the van before I left the lot. I have pictures to show all of this. I did leave the tank at 1/4 though when I dropped the van back off that evening. The gentleman helping was very nice and the van was clean, disappointed that the van was not 100% ready to go though. I should have done an inspection before signing the contract but I know now to do so if I ever need to rent again.

Richard TThe hidden charges drove the price much higher than I expected. I have been billed 3 times since returning the equipment. There was no damage to it. Twice was for tolls despite having ezpass. It would have been cheaper to drive my pickup vs. renting a trailer. I will never use uhaul again.

Steven HI declined the extra offers and ended up paying for a service I declined and the worker couldn't figure out how to remove it. So we let it be because we had to call someone else to fix the issue. If I knew I could've checked out on my own I would've chosen it.

TERRANCE DCoordinated turn in over the phone. Parked truck at site after hours and left keys in drop box as directed. Called the next morning to confirm everything was ok. Agent said he was going out to check in truck and I would get a email receipt. I got the receipt later that morning. All was good no additional changes. Friendly and efficient
Phillip TComplete opposite experience from what we dealt with at the pick up location. The gentleman that helped us was super friendly, efficient & actually checked the truck in when we go there. I would recommend him.

robert pUpon arrival, my reservation was canceled. I had to travel across town to another uhaul location to pick up, only to find out it was reserved by another customer. I wasted around 2 hours of time. The gentlemen that assisted us was very helpful and understanding and tried to jump through hoops to help me out.
Abram CGot sent to a 3rd party to get the truck and the guy had to clue what he was doing and took 45 minutes to get us the Uhaul. Also we paid for a appliance dolly that we never got. Just an awful experience.
