The only complaint about renting the truck was the pickup of the truck! WE rented a U-haul truck the weekend prior and did it at the pickup location with a person and had NO issues. She was explaining we could do the rental online so you could pick a truck up when the store is not open. So, I rented a 26' truck online with a pickup time at 7:30 AM so we could get an early start. I never received a txt message or an email to pick up the truck at 7:30 like I had asked. When we got to the location (at 7:30) to pick up the truck I see they did not open until 10:00 so I left my husband there and ran back to the office to see if something was sent thru an email but there wasn't and now its 7:50. I called the Evans Mills Store and talked to someone the first person I spoke to couldn't help so I talked to another gentlemen and he was helpful and helped me. He was able to get a txt sent to me so we went back to the location to pick up the truck and then the app wouldn't work right. We had a hard time to get the code to get the keys and when we finally got the keys then the app would not work so we could do the pictures that is required. At this time, it is 9:10 so we just left with the truck so we could get our stuff moved because we have already killed 1.5 hours trying to pick the truck up! I would never do a rental online again! I also set up the app on my phone but that didn't get me anywhere! You should be able to put in a Reservation number in and look it up that way! I was very frustrated to say the least!

Pat TAlthough I responded Yes, I was surprised to find the location closed at the time I was dropping off. I did not have the app but everything went well after calling and leaving a message. I received a call back confirming my drop off. If the office has to close unexpectedly, a sign would be appropriate. Thank you.
