The truck inside was clean but heavy cigarette odor. The location was not very helpful. Had to sit at the place for over an hour because I was never informed that I needed to download the app to get keys and the place was going to be closed on the day of pick up. After speaking directly with the owner setting it up.

Make sure the trucks have fuel for people to use so they don’t have to fill the truck to be able to use it in the first place
JOHNNY COn line check in took way too long and was cumbersome at best. Truck was dirty when I picked it up. Someone smoked in the cab and left cigarette butts in the door handle on the passenger side. I did not receive what I had originally requested (truck size, moving blankets and appliance dolly). I will not use that location for pick up or return again.
