Get ri of the process of taking pictures of the renter and DL's. The system would not accept the picture process and I spent significant time at night trying to get it to work only having to wait until the next day to get the vehicle keys from the dealer. The ultimate solution was to cancel the registration by the dealer and send me to another U-Haul dealer for another vehicle that "HE" had to release the keys.
