The attendant was "High" when I got there,was not trained properly on drop off procedures, gave me wrong information on how to drop off the trailer. I had to make 3 phone calls to different U-Haul offices to get information. I ended up having to go back to this location, the attendant called his boss,the boss had to do the check-in. I spent another 2 hours that day on drop off. I had to travel back 4 hours to home that day. It made for a very exhausting day. I do not recommend this location.

Just gave me the keys and didn’t inspect anything with me. I paid for a dolly and when I started to do the moving I realized the dolly was broken.

I was aware that he probably opened at 9 so I waited the 30 minutes but even at that time he didn’t arrive until 9:40. When I told him that I was there to pick up the U-Haul his tone seemed very annoyed and responded with “I know.” I didn’t appreciate his attitude, especially since I was the one who had to wait on him.

Kevin GFor starters, it would be advisable to have someone at this location that actually knows the system on the computer. This kid had no idea how to use it and had to call his boss on video to walk him through it. He would not use my reservation number to find me, asked me to spell my name while he had my drivers license in his hand, and nearly charged me for a week instead of the day. The equipment was not clean, The fuel tank was nearly empty, the smell was atrocious.

Ben LI wasn’t told about any deposit fee u til I was on the property. Also the representative tried to raise the pricing of the rental stating he didn’t have a 15in truck in stock. I called into the office and spoke with the rep who made my reservation then all of a sudden the truck is 15in and no additional charges. I brought the truck back and was told by the representative that I could leave and everything was ok now I can’t get my deposit back! And they keep trying to charge my card. All I want is my deposit back which was $50 but my card was charged $100.
