For starters, it would be advisable to have someone at this location that actually knows the system on the computer. This kid had no idea how to use it and had to call his boss on video to walk him through it. He would not use my reservation number to find me, asked me to spell my name while he had my drivers license in his hand, and nearly charged me for a week instead of the day. The equipment was not clean, The fuel tank was nearly empty, the smell was atrocious.
PATRICK BI rented the truck and got to my house 4 miles down the road to find out I don’t need the truck so I took it back and was still charged for a whole day
