They had No knowledge of the return policy and the person who was there just kept saying leave the key and they would figure it out.

This location is little sketchy, it's also a convenient store.
Ben L.I wasn't told about any deposit fee u til I was on the property. Also the representative tried to raise the pricing of the rental stating he didn't have a 15in truck in stock. I called into the office and spoke with the rep who made my reservation then all of a sudden the truck is 15in and no additional charges. I brought the truck back and was told by the representative that I could leave and everything was ok now I can't get my deposit back! And they keep trying to charge my card. All I want is my deposit back which was $50 but my card was charged $100.
