1 hour and 39 minutes to get the “reservation” off the lot. Links did NOT work. I was charged double for the auto hauler after using it for a total of 18 miles. $162.30 for a less than 45 minutes of use. The office had to do all the “paperwork” on their end because none of the online documents would work properly on my end giving us “error” messages. Extremely poor communication and failure of performance in nearly every aspect. I will dispute these charges and make certain that my company NEVER uses U-Haul again, neither personally or personally. Unacceptable.

Horacio EWhen the customer (me) has to move trucks so I can get to the trailer because the hookah shop worker doesn't know how to drive a box truck... This is a U Haul rental facility fronting as a head shop. Did I mention slow?
Mason SThe pick up location was small, difficult to pull out of with a trailer, the customer service was poor and their was trash inside and on the outside of the trailer.
