The attendant didn’t barely speak to me, expected us to move the trailers that were blocking in the one that we rented. Just nothing professional
KARI AThe man who owned the building was 40 minutes late and had an attitude with me even though I was waiting since 8:30. I was aware that he probably opened at 9 so I waited the 30 minutes but even at that time he didn’t arrive until 9:40. When I told him that I was there to pick up the U-Haul his tone seemed very annoyed and responded with “I know.” I didn’t appreciate his attitude, especially since I was the one who had to wait on him.

Kevin GFor starters, it would be advisable to have someone at this location that actually knows the system on the computer. This kid had no idea how to use it and had to call his boss on video to walk him through it. He would not use my reservation number to find me, asked me to spell my name while he had my drivers license in his hand, and nearly charged me for a week instead of the day. The equipment was not clean, The fuel tank was nearly empty, the smell was atrocious.

Ben LI wasn’t told about any deposit fee u til I was on the property. Also the representative tried to raise the pricing of the rental stating he didn’t have a 15in truck in stock. I called into the office and spoke with the rep who made my reservation then all of a sudden the truck is 15in and no additional charges. I brought the truck back and was told by the representative that I could leave and everything was ok now I can’t get my deposit back! And they keep trying to charge my card. All I want is my deposit back which was $50 but my card was charged $100.
Vonda HIf the drop off location is going to be closed for a week don’t let it be a drop off location!
Mark VAwful location in a sketchy area. Bad for Uhaul’s brand to have that location.
