Cannot rely on the personnel at this location to troubleshoot anything you have to call Uhaul direct and then the app screwed up it wouldn’t let me enter the mileage. I sat there for 40 minutes, trying to check my car back in and actually when I got back to bring the car back my entire order had been canceled so I had to call and get it reinstated. Checked the truck out and immediately turn right around and turn it back in and that’s when all the problems started with the app. The app really needs to be overhauled.
