As sometimes happens during a move, our projected pickup time got delayed until the next day. The staff were exceptionally helpful and flexible. I very much appreciated their excellent customer service because moving is stressful enough!

Ileana RThe truck had a problem with the engine and the back door kept getting stuck. The engine light was on practically the whole time and sometimes the accelerator would stay on when you were stopped. The back door was very rusty and would get stuck at the top where two people would have to pull on it very hard for it to move. Also at bottom it would stick so bad I had to strain to get it to move up. Not good.
Jonathan UTruck was old and dirty. The truck’s fuel was half full when I received the vehicle made fueling up more difficult and I lost money overfilling. Your after hours drop off and pickup is nice but the $20 charge to do the return myself is a little obnoxious.
Gerard PVehicle had over 100,000 miles on it. Suspension was shot. Think it was burning oil.
Kevin BThe App was a little difficult to navigate, especially at this location as the wireless service was spotty. Kept getting 'connection lost' messages. You do need to be near the vehicle to be able to complete the online application process, so a solid internet connection is important. Otherwise, it was pretty straightforward.

KERIM CThe key was missing from the lockbox. I scheduled pickup for 7am and I had to wait 1 hour for the location to open. I called customer service and the suggestion was for me to take the extremely larger vehicle that had an available key instead. The Uhaul app was slow and I had to open/close the app several times. It actually never worked to pick up and return the car. I had cell phone service the entire time. Maybe there should be available wifi at the location to connect to.

Karen CThe only thing that I would say is that when I made the reservation it listed the price as $19.95, which I guess is the "In Town" price. On the paperwork the rental charge was higher. Not sure if that is because it was not going to in town or if it is because some mileage was included but that is the only thing. The staff at the counter was very professional and cordial. In the end I think the cost would have been about the same.
Rick KEverything was great at this uhaul locations. The only thing I would change is make WiFi available to the customers to make the rental process a little faster. The cel reception there wasn’t the best and I kept losing internet and having to start over. But once it finally worked, everything else was great and seamless.

WADE MYour app wasn’t working to return. Was charge an extended time late charge which I did not return the vehicle late. It was that your app wasn’t working. and still waiting for a refund for a late charge
Jerry CI was not provided with the code to the lock box that contained my keys for pickup so I had to call U-Haul frantically to obtain the code in order to access the vehicle. Also- a furniture dolly and furniture padding that I had ordered was not included in the van when I picked it up. I was reimbursed for this but still frustrating as this additional equipment was ordered for a reason and would have been useful.

Robert LThe app is extremely buggy and gave me issues during pickup and drop off. I had to call while waiting in the heat to gain access to the lockbox because the app glitched out and would not let me see the combination. During drop off, it wouldn't let me upload the images of the odometer to record my mileage, and I was unable to complete the dropoff in the app.

I walked inside and the employee helped with the process, also when returning the truck, the mobile app wasn’t going through with photos of mileage, I walked inside and the girl was pleasantly helpful, Issues with mobile app! I even restarted phone thinking this would resolved issues and no good! Fix the app
Tommy CIt takes 1 minute to clean the nasty console cup holder area and another minute to clean the nasty tissues and empty water bottle from under the drivers seat, yet no one bothered.
Irma YOne thing went wrong The young lady said if you return after 4:00 you can go on line and leave it by the door So I park the vehicle - I arrived at 4:30 I take photos of the vehicle and don’t see anything on the door I look at my emails I send the photos to my wife to look on line and I leave Two hours later I opt to go back the the rental site and look around a watch the video - I get a hanger and fish out my key and start the vehicle move it out Open the back video the inside - then around the truck and a photo of the gas and mileage Just not easy - if she would have walked out and explained that the information was on the truck to return it the end was a waste because no one explained

RENE Cfirst 2 vans had faulty tire pressure guages since they both had low pressure indication. the van i got had next to no gas in it. i filled the tank at a cost of over $ 90. and went 92 miles, the tank was returned with over 3/4 tank and hey credited me with $15 as i see it i should have gotten at least $70. it was a rip off and i will contact corporate!
william rAssociate was helpful but unenthusiastic. A little goes a long way. Truck was at 1/4 tank but only because of how it was parked. As soon as I left the property, truck was at 1/8 fuel. Would be better if trucks gauge was more accurate.
