The location is hard to find. GPS takes you to a neighbor. If you're local it's not hard to figure it out but it's still a little frustrating.Kristina W.

Nobody helped and it was not after hours!! I was charged a 20.00 fee for after hours and I brought it back to uhaul 3 days ahead of time!!! I think this charge is BULLSHIT!!! The person who helped me was rude. He had an accent that made it very hard for me to understand. When I asked him to repeat something he seemed very irritated. He could be more pleasant and kindly repeat, speak slower or more clearly.Arlene A.

I would never rent from the mount rose Illinois location again! Yes I was a little late on getting the trailer back but I had to wait over two hours for road side assistance and then not only the location of rental but some recovery company they use started calling me and cussing at me and then threatening me and threatening to charge me a extra 200 dollars if I didn't have the trailer back in less than one hour and I was still 30 minutes away from home to unload the trailerEthan C.

Charged 2x for wrong vehicle. Couldn't do a refund so had to call regional manager. Only got 1 refund. Couldn't print a receipt. Tried to give my reservation # but they wouldn't take it. Just wanted my ID and cc after I already used the app. Place smells horrific!Adam M.

It took him forever to get everything in computer & he had to call someone for help. I stood at counter for almost 40 minutes waiting for him to get it done. Truck didn't have a full tank and I put it back to where it was & they charged me for filing it all the way up. There was sticky stuff all over area where drink holders were.LORI L.
