The person who helped me was charging me $130 when the app said $47. After I told him he was charging me a different price, he got upset and modified my reservation, charging me $1,600. He had to call the call center to fix it, and I ended up paying $58. Then, when I went to put the trailer in, I did it because he never came out, and when I checked the trailer lights, they didn't work. I had never wasted so much time renting a U-Haul.

My experience with U-Haul was unsatisfactory. I reserved a 10-foot truck but was informed the day before pickup that only a 15-foot truck was available. Upon arrival at the new location, I was unable to complete the process via the U-Haul app as advised. Fortunately, the owner assisted me, but I later discovered the contract required returning the truck to the pickup location, contrary to my expectations. The communication between the app and the scheduling department was inadequate.

The location is hard to find. GPS takes you to a neighbor. If you're local it's not hard to figure it out but it's still a little frustrating.

Find the trailer before accusing I agree they had a large inventory of the same maybe have an inbound and an outbound side to possibly eliminate any confusion or just look for the number on the trailer being dropped off bno biggie they found it but they should have called once they located it before my wife called to confirm that it was there

Nobody helped and it was not after hours!! I was charged a 20.00 fee for after hours and I brought it back to uhaul 3 days ahead of time!!! I think this charge is BULLSHIT!!! Also you would think uhaul would be thankful I brought this unit from Florida to Illinois. Dick Rhodes 217 259 8715

The person who helped me was rude. He had an accent that made it very hard for me to understand. When I asked him to repeat something he seemed very irritated. He could be more pleasant and kindly repeat, speak slower or more clearly.

I would never rent from the mount rose Illinois location again! Yes I was a little late on getting the trailer back but I had to wait over two hours for road side assistance and then not only the location of rental but some recovery company they use started calling me and cussing at me and then threatening me and threatening to charge me a extra 200 dollars if I didn’t have the trailer back in less than one hour and I was still 30 minutes away from home to unload the trailer

Charged 2x for wrong vehicle. Couldn't do a refund so had to call regional manager. Only got 1 refund. Couldn't print a receipt. Tried to give my reservation # but they wouldn't take it. Just wanted my ID and cc after I already used the app. Place smells horrific!

The office staff was knowledgeable and efficient, however it looked a little unwelcoming and run down. Wasn’t sure I was in the right place... the truck was brand new and clean.

It took him forever to get everything in computer & he had to call someone for help. I stood at counter for almost 40 minutes waiting for him to get it done. Truck didn't have a full tank and I put it back to where it was & they charged me for filing it all the way up. There was sticky stuff all over area where drink holders were.
