The truck was filthy. The floor of the truck was covered in mud and the seats, steering wheel amd dashboard were unclean. Also the driver's side door would not close properly and it felt unsafe. I was also incorrectly charged $36 dollars for gas. Just before returning the truck, I filled the tank with more gas than it was given to me with. I only drove a few blocks to the drop of location after filling up. I would like the correction to be made right away. Location hours say open until 2pm. I called around 1130 to inquire about pricing and availability. Women I spoke with couldn't tell me price, but I told her we'd be over around 1230 for the rental. At 12:25 she called me asking if I was still coming because she wanted to go home for the day. We got there at 12:29, and the lady started making phone calls because she couldn't figure out the system. I was able to complete the reservation on my phone faster than she could as she kept having to call people. Truck was fine, experience was poor. Worker needs more training and hours need updated if they are non accurate. She also wore her mask below her chin (which seemed fine when she was at her desk but then she came up to me and I had to back up).Ryan W.

Found the truck cab with leftover food, egg roll on the front seat. Spilled Coke all over the floor. With Covid, I thought the truck is cleaned in-between users. This clearly did not happen. I was forced to take the insurance that I did not want. Overall a very bad experience.Gunnar G.

Uhaul needed to have better communication about the pick up process and that it needs to be done exclusively online. Ensure the location is open during the pickup time. Regardless of special circumstances due to Covid Uhaul should still be aware if their independent location's hours.Alyssa L.
Well first of all when I arrived to pick up my truck, I called the proprietor who told me â€œeverybody sickâ€œ and then told me to call U-Haul pretty much said you're fucked, sorry. Also they got me another truck and it was nice I was refunded $50 but hardly a dent in my $600 bill. The truck I Eventually got was filthy dirty not cleaned at all inside the cab Was full of mud, Mud that I had to sit in for 9 Hour Dr. back to Wisconsin so what can you do better next timeâ€¦? Basically do your job and do it well or don't do it at all. $50 was pissing the pain as far as I'm concerned you guys should have bent over backwards to compensate me for my inconvenience which is an understatement. Why on earth would I rent from you guys again ever in my life? This experience sucked from beginning to end.James M.

The U-Haul I was given had a completely dead battery, had to have it jumped 4 times then a new battery put in it, it delayed my moving by hours, and I only had a short window to move my belongings. I was told to just keep the U-Haul running , which cost gas that I'm supposed to pay for, I would like to speak with somebody about this matter. Because I am not paying for the rental of the U-Haul, or the gas due to it being left running four hours because that's what I was told to do . I am more than happy to pay for the mileage but I would like to discuss this with somebody and customer service please before I pay for my U-Haul. I am so unhappy with the service I will never use it again nor recommend it to anybodyZoe P.

My truck was dirty inside, smelled like cigarette smoke and I also wasn't giving the right size truck that I ordered. The woman inside was nice enough (maybe a little too talkative) but wasn't impressed by the facility. I also wanted to spend money on supplies in the store and they didn't even have any supplies for purchase. Very disappointing for sure.Matthew W.

The voicemail stated at this location i coukd pick up the uhual between 10-2. My original location did not have uhual so it had to be switched. The lady called and told me i missed my pick up time and i needed to get there before 1 when they close.Then online payment portal for uhual wasn't working or the lady didnt know how to work it. Was there for 40 minutes. Gas only had 1/4 tank which meant we had to get gas which took more time. Overall the uhual was fine but the process getting this usual was not and added more stress to my day.Samantha S.

Nice people...truck was a tad dirty in the cargo bay, but that was because I picked it up, just after it got returned...so I swept it out really good. Friendly, and really explained everything about the rental...would recommend them to others who are doing local moves.gordon D.

Terrific customer service, equipment was in great shape (although a snow brush would have been ideal with the weather we had:-). The only recommendation I can make is for UHaul to make more trucks available at this west county location. Thank you, and I'll definitely recommend to friends and I'll be back to rent again. The only downfall of this at all is the tires. The tread was absolutely horrible so I got stuck in the smallest amount of snow. Everything else was perfect.Samantha O.
U-haul kicks knowledge on there vechicles.I rented a 10ft.because they say it was 7ft height clearance..1st lie I had to make 2 trips when if details would had been accurate I could of done everything 1 load......to make matter worse I call office on sterretania and I somehow get booked at fairview office...bullshit do not try and hustle my money from me there was 3 other uhaul place closers then that office...now I have to chase down someone for my refundMIKE C.

All the add-ons are rip-offs -- $19.95 should mean $19.95. Who ever heard of a motor vehicle tax, a rental tax or an environmental fee. Will tell all about this.Jeff P.
