Overall this was the worst experience I have ever had with uhaul. Was not the fault of the pick or drop off location. I originally pick this as my drop off location but was sent a text to drop off at another location 20 miles further away. Never found other location and was charged for overage of miles for driving 40 miles to a place I never wanted to go to begin with. Not sure if I was charged for an extra day that was required because I could drop off at location that could not be found. This might be my last rental with uhaul.Maynard I.

The gentleman that was the owner, we assume, was one of the most polite, helpful person that we have met.We went to his business before we were ready to drop off because we were going to empty after his hours. The equipment was not clean or well maintained because did not receive my equipment. I ordered a 2 dollys and 2 dozen furniture pads. They had none of it at the location when I went to pickup the truck. Will not rent from that location again.DONNELL C.

How about this--have the equipment I reserved available at the place I reserved it? I ended up having to drive almost 20 miles just to pick up the truck instead of it being where I made the reservation (which I requested). This isn't on the pick-up dealer--they were fine; thus is on U-Haul corporate. Will likely NOT use U-Haul again.Dean J.

I waited entirely too long to pick up my rental truck...over an hour after all was said and done (including the half hour I had to wait while the person who was supposed to be helping me was instead selling a vehicle, which is his primary business)CRAIG L.

Had to drive to another location to pick up toe dolly. Overall round trip was 30+ miles and was only given and extra 30miles for mileage and barely had enough gas to make it back to the first location. Insurance is something that we paid and you can tell damage to vehicle were not fixed. Overall the dealer was good and vehicle clean.john B.

There's probably no way for you to know until it rains, but the van we rented leaked all down the right side. If there could be some way of checking for this, that would be good for future customers.molly M.

The owners of Faison Auto Sales were nice people and polite. My recommendation would be to prevent the next customer from having to drive for an hour to get a trailer. After driving for 12 hours it was a pain to drive an additional 2 hours out of the way to drop the trailer back off where I had to pick it up. U-haul could increase their customer service significantly if the logistics were planned for pickup at closer locations to their customers. Overall experience dealing with U-haul as of now is unsatisfactory.josh B.

The U-haul computers were down causing considerable delay in the reservation process and loss of a day scheduled for loading. The staff was very helpful and worked hard to make the process work. Gladys put in much extra effort which we truly appreciate. The truck, mechanically was not in good condition. The engine was using considerable oil on the second day of our journey--six quarts. This caused numerous delays in our travel. The air conditioning in the truck quit working during the trip while we were experiencing outside temperatures in excess of 100 degrees. The mechanical condition of the truck made this move an exceptionally bad experience.JOHN V.
