Check your equipment. The trailer I rented had vertical door that two people to operate. It had a roller the wouldn't roll.
BEN SThe truck I used had the side mirrors welded in position so I couldn’t adjust them and I had a huge blind spot
JON MThe truck was full of sand in the back. The inside of the cab was all muddy and there were french fries on the floor. The lady in the store was very nice and she was helpful. I have no issue with the service it was the truck that was the issue.
MALINDA BFuel was empty however we did receive a credit. Truck was covered in snow, had to clean off windows with hands.

ALLEN CThankfully I had a brush to get the 6" of snow off of the cabin of the truck. Returning after-hours could have better instructions. There was a stipulation about where to park that was open to interpretation that could have resulted in a $75 fee. Overall, I would recommend this location again and I myself will use it again in the near future. Only real issues were all regarding outside of normal hours pickup/drop off and the online process, no issues with Fallier Auto.
Bruce TThe people and speed of processing my paperwork at this location was excellent. The vehicle met expectations. Feedback to Corporate (has nothing to do with the excellent local service): Your $19.95 local use advertising comes out to be twice that cost for short distance hauling. While the price itself maybe acceptable for a needed local rental, the consumer is left with a negative feeling toward the brand. You feel manipulated. U-Haul might do better in how you present this offering. Thanks.
RANDALL RThe internet has not done us any favors, eh? Thanks for not understanding the benefits of the internet and leaving all the work with the customer. It used to be so easy to leave a vehicle after hours by dropping the keys in a box and being done with it. Now it's "ONLY" 8 steps! Oh, and of course I have wi-fi or a data plan on a fancy smartphone with a camera, of course, why should you trouble yourselves?!?!?!

DEAN KWe had a really hard time getting the back of truck open the first time. My husbandliadd trucks and trailers so knows how to open them. It took him almost an hour as it was jammed. The telephone customer service seemed annoyed and rude. We unexpectedly needed a uhaul at 6:30 pm when we realized the tv we bought wouldn't fit in the back of the SUV. I had it rented online in 10 minutes. Despite problems with the truck door, we still got our tv home that night. The convenience was so worth it.

Alanna SThe rental was fine. You charged me twice though. Why would I recommend that to a friend? You charged the $114, then refunded it because it ended up being $94. All done at the point of return with the app, yesterday morning. Then this morning I get a second $94 charge from Uhaul, and there is no refund of $94 for the charge yesterday, where that makes charging me twice. That means, as of now, you have violated our contract by double dipping on my card

CHRISTOPHER SI had issues finding the “after hours verification” on the website since I did have to use my U-Haul truck after closing, I was told over the phone I could pay in cash and just have a card on file just in case I came in without cash, that the card is just a fraud or people not paying safety, I had the money on me plus, if it was a prepaid card or any payroll cards was an extra 100$ not everyone can get a credit card or has one, the price on the website was not the price I had to pay and the final bill also was not the amount I paid for, it had gone up around 15$ more, I was not happy with being deceived with prices and them knowing I needed it made the lady look like she didn’t care and she was very emotionless about everything, she seemed like a robot. Very upset and would not ever recommend to a friend.

MIRANDA WEverything was good overall. The only suggestion is that once given the key, give direction as to where the truck is located and how to make sure you have the right truck. There was a truck located in the street right by the building. We thought that must be ours so we opened the door and another customer said it was theirs. We saw no other trucks so we had to go back in and ask. No direction was given when we were handed the key.
HEIDI MFallier automotive is an ok place for your uhaul needs. Its a used car lot with hardly any room on the lot. They have an outlot and a lot beside the building. Dropping off after hours is a pain. Not really sure where we are supposed to park the trucks so i did the best i could. Ive only been inside their building one time. Its very old and dated the way its set up. Nothing about the place is very clean, orginised or inviting in any way. They are set up more for their auto sales but i probly wouldnt go there to pick up a uhaul unless i had to. There other places in town that are far better to go to for your uhaul needs
CODY GWas Under the impression, I would only be spending twenty dollars plus a little bit to rent a truck That if I returned in perfect order and full on gas, that was all I would be charged. But instead, I find out, after with every single mile, that's 69 cents, I thought was the gas coverage. If we didn't fill it ourself, we have to pay for every single mile, what's the point of renting a truck for moving?If every single mile is charged???? Again was under the impression that the mileage was for gas estimate if we neglected yo fill the truck after returning, I'm never getting a U-Haul again. There are so so many hidden fees well, from not cleaning properly to returning it slightly to they to using slightly more mileage than the anticipated run. It would have been cheaper to just done a bunch of runs with my vehicle and putting gas in it, instead of renting this stupid truck.

David TIt really would have been nice to have help hooking up to the trailer! Struggled getting it on by myself. Another reason someone from the facility should help would to make sure the trailer is connected properly for transport.
BILL PWe had some frustration with the pick up: 1. The App kept indicating we were in the wrong location and we couldn’t proceed. 2. No one explained before pick up that we would be required to provide either a rental lease agreement, or a passport. We didn’t have those items along. 3. The phone call to an employer was also not possible on a Friday night. The problem was not directly related to the location, but rather the lack of information about the process.

Quentin PDriver side door of truck wouldn’t close tight. The front right tire kept saying low pressure when on highway. Felt like we were falling about. Not check over if vehicle was door or even offered. No instructions on were to park it when bringing it back. And sad when they advertise $19.99 trucks but you end up paying $180 for one way if not more.
Jerry WI've used Uhaul MANY times and always had a great experience...NOT this time. Reserved a truck and 3 dozen pads for 7:30a. I showed up on time, but the sign on the door said they don't open till 9a. Movers that I hired thru the Uhaul app are now at my house waiting for me ON THE CLOCK. I call Uhaul and about 30 minutes later I get a call back. Lady walks me thru the "Self Pick Up" program, but the app keeps freezing up. By the time we get it to work, the guy from the shop shows up and says he has NO pads. I said wait, I reserved 3 dozen, don't you get an order from Uhaul telling you that?? He says yeah, but we got swamped and I'm out. Says it's my fault because I should have reserved the truck and pads directly thru his shop instead of the app. I'm moving out of a 3800 sqare ft home with expensive furniture and I have no pads AND I'm now 90 minutes late with my movers ON THE CLOCK. NEVER again Uhaul, you just lost my business for good.

Laurel JThe self pickup would not verify my location, I had location permission set for always on the UHaul app, this was for the dropoff and delivery. The key box code was short by one letter, luckily an employee was there after hours and he figured it out.

debra rThe gas policy is very hard to understand and hard to follow. Why a 1/4 tank of gas??? I do not blame this location but UHAUL overall should adjust their policy.

Daniel HBad customer service. They made me hooked up the trailer and take it off buy myself. Even two months ago when I rented the trailer from California and drop it off there they make me take it off by myself when I know that I’m just a woman and my strength is not enough to lift a 6 x 12 trailer on and off my car. This is not the first time that she told me to hook it on and to take it off by myself. What happen when I try to lift a 6 x 12 trailer onto my car I spring my left hip. If I don’t get better I will be suing the company if I can’t be able to stand 40 hours of work a week. When returning the trailer back, three days later, the lady refused to help me again. she told me she cannot leave the cash register. An officer saw that I was having trouble backing up the trailer to the parking lot. He offered help. Without his help this location will charge me twice for a full price on the same day that I have already paid. I told him what happen when I picked up the trailer. He Helped me back up the trailer to the parking spot and help detach the trailer off my car. My experience with this location for trailer rental have very, very, very, very bad customer service, and even if they have a guy who works there, he has very, very, very, very bad attitude along with the lady who takes money for rentals in the building. U-Haul why you pick this location for your business when you can build your own business location in town.
