Van had a bad tire pressure sensor and a bad idler pulley so it squealed for the 20+ hours I drove it no cruse control for a 20+ hour drive when I have a bad right ankle from a major accident so my foot is killing me and swollen really bad was not a good experience at all maybe ok for cross town use but not long distancechris D.

It has nothing to do with location. My issue is with uHaul and the online booking service. Complete lack of communication. The rental was moved and i was told uHaul would contact me if something were to change. They did not contact me. uHaul customer service from this area is terrible and will never rent from uHaul again. The Dealer was very good. You are lucky to have them.Troy B.
Better communication the pick-up location was changed and I was NOT notified, had to find out on my own! The rental was changed from a 24 hour rental to a 12 hour rental with no notification which changed my plans so that I haul could get two rentals in a day!Thomas B.
Due to the construction in the storage lot those that are not experienced in backing a trailer may have a very hard time returning the trailer were they are parked. I had no difficulty due to being a retired over the road driver. Otherwise very friendly staff. U hauls web site still doesn't work when trying to register your return.David R.

The range of the GPS location should be widened. My phone kept saying I wasn't at the right location, because i wanted to fill out the information for the next steps in my car where it was warm. Instead I had to walk to the door and stand in the cold while I filled out all the information, then I had to go find my truck which was one of the furthest spots and then walk back to the doors to get the key. Just saying the parking lot of this place should also be included in the range of the sign in process.Jana L.

The lady that worked with me was very helpful and very pleasant. When I returned the trailer a guy was checking over some other equipment in the return area and he helped me unhook and he man handled the trailer into a parking space without me asking for help. Customer service was absolutely horrible they canceled and hung up the phone on me they made sure that I was not able to pick up my vehicle on the 24/7 ride share. I sat at my local u-haul facility for one hour with my employee's waiting. I really hope this was a website malfunction rather than your employees because this was horrible.AUSTIN B.

The truck I rented was new (under 1,000 miles), and was in great shape, but I noticed that a small amount of water was leaking into the interior. It was not raining, so I assume that standing water on the roof of the vehicle found its way in. Also, the key tag is so large that it occasionally interfered with the movement of my right leg, which is not safe. If I was driving farther I would have had to remove it for safety.Steven K.

Everything plastic in the cab rattled over every road bump. The right reverse light does not work on the truck I rented. When I went to turn the truck in, the Uhaul App was not working. It would not accept pictures of the dash. I tried over 20 times on my phone and restarted it twice. I tried my friend's phone and logged in on it...no different. This started at 2015 in the evening. I called Uhaul and waited on hold for 1 hour 4 minutes then when a representative sounded like they took the call, they hung up and did not call back. Uhaul closed out my return for midnight even though it was in their lot at 2015, 3.75 hours before the deadline. When I tried to call the next day to sort things out, the wait per the automated voice said over 45 minutes. I hung up.Michael W.

When I made the reservation I indicated I wanted to deal with a live person. The location was closed and I was never informed that it was necessary to complete another section of the reservation and was not informed on how to obtain the equipment through the website. I called the cellphone number to the GM which went straight to voicemail and I have yet to get a callback. I also disputed the amount owed as I was told by a customer service manager that a 10% discount would be applied to the reservation and it would be up to the location if they increased the discount to 15%-25% as she could not locate the discount code. I was told someone would call me within 48 hours and yet again no one has contacted me. I'm at the point of never utilizing UHAUL again and also never recommending you to all my associates.Justin S.
