Someone should have swept out the trailer prior to my rental I actually got a flat tire from standing my bike up at the end of my load as a metal sliver gave me a flat caused me much inconvenience and 35$ at cool city bike shop in two rivers lucky Amy opened at noon but my trailer was due back at one so I was waiting for her to open and she took me first which may have caused her a valuable customer who left and left me feeling guilty,. Let's test your competence if a human is reading this I should get a deal on my next visit,, please respond as for Jane who wrote up my rental she was very kind polite friendly funny and efficient

Rachel SAsked for a second phone number. Told them I only have one phone. Employee was rude about it all. When I gave my work number they called it and no one answered so I was initially told I could not rent the truck without a second number. Was treated like a liar or criminal.
