They should let you know that the blankets are already included in the truck with the dolly. And also if you get extra blankets which I didn't know I did not need they should already have those in the truck. You do not make a guest carry their own to the vehicle. And let them know where the number is that they're looking for that it's not a license plate and it's above the windshield. It's a very clean place but they need to talk to customer through what they exactly have to do once they get outside. They also need to let them know how to use the app when to return the truck. I booked it for 2 days I returned it in one so I have credit coming and I could not get the app to work so I could not return it online but I call the office twice to make sure they know that the truck was there and the lady that I talked to the day I rented it was still there and drove off as I was trying to get the app to work. Not impressed with the app and customer service is just a little off

KEVIN MCheck your equipment. The trailer I rented had vertical door that two people to operate. It had a roller the wouldn't roll.
