She did NOT hookup trailer told me to drive to the back of building hookup trailer than drive back infront of building so she can inspect the trailr. My understanding and experience at othe U Hall location is that staff is suppose to do it all.

Information was entered wrong on computer. Suppose to pick up trailer at 9-10, had to come back at noon. Because of information being entered wrong, tried two different credit cards and still would not take. Did not get trailer until 12:45. Trailer was going out West,said we could drop it off at any of 3 locations in our city. When we went to return trailer,Was told we were to drop it off in a town 35 miles away (when there were 3 in the town we lived in ), but the agent in our town took it and changed the drop off site on the paperwork.The agent on the receiving end was very nice and knowledgeable. The agent where we originally started needs to give it up.

Had truck reserved 3.5 weeks before needed truck. A weekday at that. Two days before pick up of the truck, uhaul calls and says I can not get truck at designated pickup or dropped off at designated site. They said I would have to pick up and return the truck in a different city. City was approximately 28 miles from my origanal pick up reservation. This was horrible for a. move ing experience. They really didn't care what so ever. It made no difference that you make a reservation. I would say to all those needing to rent a truck, choose a different company than U Haul! You definitely cannot rely on their services or professionalism! You will save yourself a big headache!! I will do everything I can to let people know the horrible experience we have had. Wether it's FB, radio, what ever is possible to just get the word out that U Haul gave us only hours of notification changing our so called confirmed by email, reserved designated pick up and drop off of their truck rental service. It stinks!!

When I was doing the mobile pick up, the app kept saying I lost service. I had full bars but it refused to reload. I would have to completely close the app and reopen, sometimes kicking me to the next step without being able to submit a picture of the gas/mileage and such. otherwise the process took about 30 minutes

This was my first time using a u haul trailer. If I didn't bring help I would have struggled to get the trailer hitched up alone. Maybe they should come out, make sure your hooked up properly and ready to go, before you're turned loose

Our reservation was made on a Thursday Nov.14th for a specific location. We received a call stating that we were going to be moved to a different location on Wednesday Nov. 20th due to unavailability. We were already in route to pick the trailer up on Saturday Nov. 23rd when we received yet another call rerouting us way out of our way. Again, due to unavailability. When arriving at that location, they were not prepared and were having computer issues which they blamed U-Haul servers for. We were at this location for at least a half hour. So, not only are we late to our destination because of being rerouted but, we were inconvenienced with another half hour of wasted time. We will never use your services again or recommend you to anyone.

An issue with the turn signal on the trailer occurred after about 200 miles - but it seemed ok when trailer was picked up. Not sure there's anything that can be done about that! What you could do, however, is not charge an outrageous amount for trailers! The charge for the exact same trailer in the reversed direction (WI to OK instead of OK to WI) was double the price!! $605 seems really excessive.
