Asked for a second phone number. Told them I only have one phone. Employee was rude about it all. When I gave my work number they called it and no one answered so I was initially told I could not rent the truck without a second number. Was treated like a liar or criminal.

CLIFFORD LThe amount of time it took getting approved should be done prior to getting there. Took a long time to get approved and wait for the code for the key. Got charged more then I was expecting. Jumped from 20 to 60 something.
Patricia SDays b4 I came in, in person & reserved 15' Uhaul truck for Sat. May 23rd w Jane . Saw my email that nite that she reserved wrong date, 5/22. Went back in & had her correct her error to Sat 5/23. She said no trucks left but would make it work. We came in Sat. 23rd, I started driving truck & bad turning, turned north onto 10th & it kept turning left, had counter steer it! Then we noticed brakes bad! So drove north to nxt major rd., Waldo then said was too scarey to use, not like any other truck I rented b4. Tie rod or center rod bad? Drove it back thus using 2 miles on truck-explained all to Jane & guy there & they said we still have to pay the $30 which is on my friend's cr card, Paul there w me. I have rented Uhaul, Penske & Enterprise b4 & HAVE NEVER driven a truck this bad. We should get our $ back! We then ended up rented Uhaul from Sheboygan-ppl. there were great & truck was wonderful. I use to drive 4 UPS til back bad, thus am familiar w trucks. Plz. accredit Paul's acct. for May 23rd Manitowoc. We called claims later that Sat. claim#03093760-2023 Send me email so I can send u attachments of this rental. Thank you! & Paul
MERRI HI was charged an extra day of $ 49.95 for the truck because I returned the on 6/6 and forgot to drop off the key. The owner of the uhaul agency was rather rude when asked why the extra charge. I've been renting from them for many YEARS and will NOT rent from them EVER AGAIN until this is resolved. Thanks.
