How U-Haul Reviews WorkI drove around for an hour getting my U-Haul because it had me change pick up location at the last minute. Spent some time there the girl didn’t know what she was doing. The they sent me back to my original pick up location. Took time to register and get my U-Haul then! Start way later than I wanted in the pouring rain, had my kids along because I had too, didn’t have a choice and didn’t stay on time for nothing like getting them feed, showed or anything! Ended up being late as hell before I could feed them much less get them to bed. My kids are special needs if that don’t say something. They have and need routine, plus medication they are on. It was bullshit to say the least, and no offers to get my U-Haul at a discounted rate due to everything or nothing. I really home there is another company I can use in the future and not have to use U-Haul. People at this location kind! All that yesterday with U-Haul was bullshit
